Sorry, There are many things that you say and I do not believe you. As for example the supposed 9 clients. Nobody can be happy if one day they offer the races and another day they do not.


I am also upset by your attitude. If you read back, speak very well of the page until you lowered the odds a lot.

And yes, Now I bet in betfair odds 2.2 and mbet 2.45

There is a very simple answer to your grievance, you can choose to bet at these other shops.  

I hate to say that to a customer but you only bet on events that are rated "F" for us, we only rate as low as "F".  You are comparing us to places that you cant even bet.  An Australian customer would love to bet the AFL at Pinnacle but they cant, they don't carry on about it they just know that they cant.  We are 10% better than your local tote, the other customers in Chile (all 9 of them) are very happy with that, what they wont be happy is if we stop offering the product because all we get is complaints from one customer.  

EDIT:  What really pisses me off is you don't get on here and say.  I just backed a horse in the last at 2.45 when all I can get on my local tote was 1.7.

yeah but I haven't said that I don't want to bet with mbet , it's still a unique site that offers something that others here don't
I'm just wishing that the site will improve more as I do with all the sites that I bet with , and really hoping to see the site traders bringing better odds day after day

It's good to see that I'm not the only one who thinks the same. I hope that if someone thinks the same to us, do not make fun if they lose or publish without authorization the results of the last weeks.

yeah through the exchange and I do count the net odds after the 3% fee on winnings , still odds there are better always or let's say 99% of the times
but in general even if we compare the odds with the odds comparison sites you can see that mbet is nowhere near the site that offers the highest odds

I just want the site to be better as everyone here wants , but still can't complain since it's up to users to bet with you or not

Can I ask are you betting the betfair exchange?  I ask because you say that the liquidity in the EW is low in the morning, which sound like you are betting on the exchange.  If you are betting the exchange you have to take the commission that betfair charge into account.

I can tell only about UK and IRE races , there is a big room for improvement and wish you can go for it
the thing is that I never find any horse with you with higher odds than betfair , I do find sometimes that you have the same price on betfair and these are the times that I bet with you

I do like that you have EW cause the liquidity for EW on betfair is dead in the morning and that's what I like the most about mbet

can't complain about it cause I do like mbet the way it's now , I wish you will have higher odds than fiat sites since improvement is always welcome and I'm sure that I will bring a lot of horse punters to your site

I introduced someone and he didn't like the odds , he is a profession Irish racing punter but for me since I have access only to betfair exchange and mbet I really can't complain

I would ask if anyone else can fault our pricing in horse racing in any market please let us know.  We are always looking to improve our service, within reason.  We have more fixed odds racing than any other bookmaker on the planet, this includes fiat books.


So far the only complaint we have had in racing is for Chile and when we review we see that we are very competitive (always) with the local bookmaker.

I bet with you because in betfair and all the other bookmaker you bet on DOLLARS. It is not the currency of my country, and to change them I have to pay very high commissions. On the other hand, with Bitcoin, commissions are lower and much faster.

Apart at the beginning the odds were very good, I could bet place separately, which was very interesting, you could also bet long in advance without having to keep an eye on the PC, but the odds went down a lo lot lot lot lot(difference 20.2 in 10 bets), no offer bets to place separately and now we have to wait for the odds to appear 3 or 2 even 1 minute before the race. Sometimes they do not even appear !!. You also have to try to guess when they offer careers and when they do not

Besides, I had the intention of attracting clients and working together. I wanted to try the page and see if so many good things were long term. Fortunately I did not, my reputation was at stake. Now everyone would hate me

Can I ask one question, just for my own interest.  As you where not a bitcoin owner and had to go and buy bitcoin to start betting with us, and you believe our odds are so bad why do you bet with us and not Betfair or your local tote http://www.teletrak.cl/?

EDIT:  Please don't take this as criticism or calling you a liar, but I just took the time to compare our prices to teletrak, your local tote.  I will only address the horses that you have had a win because this effects your margins .  I see a very different picture to the one you post above and if I am wrong with these prices please correct me!

No I dont call you a liar my friend, what I am saying is that you have many bets everyday and most of them at the best odds anywhere.  I am saying that you dont post how good things are when you manage to get good odds and while you were winning at very good margin you were saying how good we are.  Then you have a bad run and you tell everyone we are bad.

We dont talk about any of our customers unless they talk first, then we simply address the issue that they raise.

We have said before that we publish most races that we will bet on 15 hours in advance and we still have prices up before most corporate bookmakers, even in Chile!  I hope you keep betting with us, but if you choose not to, good luck with your punting in the future.

In the beginning I loved mbet, I had foxed odds and published them in advance.
Now give 2 or 3 minutes to bet and all odds are lower than other bookmakers like betfair(sportsbet, ladbrokes, paddypower, williamhill and and many others)
 for example.
