Hi Carlos, The odds are in as soon as we have them compiled. In some cases that means that we will be in early in other circumstances that means they may be in later. They will always be in with plenty of time for you to have a bet.

The biggest problem with this site is the slow grading. It takes hours for things to get graded, especially tennis. I’ve already contacted chat this morning and even after five hours my bet isn’t graded

Sorry that we missed your chat, you left in just a few minutes. We try to help customers as soon as we can but we deal with customers in the order that they come into the chat. We dont use auto canned responses.

Anyway we have converted the chat to a ticket and sent you an email some time back now, feel free to respond.

Also you state your username m*****1 in the chat, the mbet system never asks for a username we use your email as the username for login. Maybe this is your problem.
