As for the rollover for each promo, they filled out separately in order from the first one I had claimed. At the beginning for about 20 or so minutes the promo bar looked like it was stuck, but after a few refreshes everything start updating smooth.
I was able to do a 100% rollover for both promo, but as soon as I got it, I lost everything so I haven't withdraw anything yet.
