Even if it is possible to deposit to meet the minimum withdraw requirement, do you think it is worth the risk to deposit 1.7mBTC just to get additional 0.3mBTC (the new max withdrawal from the FS)?
I dont think anyone will be willing to deposit 1.7mBTC+ just to test the possibility, it is better if you do not take the FS and use the 1.7mBTC to deposit and play for real.
