Hi venditori, if you read the message in the second screenshot you posted it says the withdrawal was rejected because it was an invalid amount.
I do not know why you received this error but our tech group will investigate and see why this error happened.
I can see from your history that you have made a few successful withdrawals so far, and so you have already made a nice profit from the site - it is just this one that you got the error, so we will try to investigate it for you.

Now that I have looked at your post and I did observed that they are posting the same thing to bump up their thread. I don't really mind having that but it seems that this site do not answer to the issues that the players have which is a bad thing for the business.
I did mention the issue before, (such as the profile button to claim promos code), until now I don't get the answer.

I have been playing on the site, obviously they have restrictions for my country but with VPN everything is fine,
I'm not sure how you withdrawing if use a VPN because the user must provide the phone number (on the front number had country area) to do that.
