BEWARE ! THIS SITE SCAM ! I've same issue with you but after that day sms code is working . i filled then clicked submit and waiting 2 days still not received my withdraw so i contacted support via tele . after i told that guy supporter on Telegram , he blocked my telegram . so i used other Telegram try contact him again and blocked my other tele again
There must be a reason why you did not get your withdrawal as well as a reason why they blocked you on telegram. So what is the given reason from the support when you asked them? If you feel that you are being scammed and you feel that you did not do something wrong, then simply start a scam accusation against them. Make sure that you have solid evidence(s) to support your accusation.

@8bet, do you have any plans to change the way to verify the withdrawal?
At the moment, verification is done through SMS only which may take a bit longer to come.
It would be nice if you have different options, perhaps by using 2FA or email verification.

I agree as sometimes SMS will take longer to received compare to email verification or 2FA and what is better if in case they have the capability to do so is to include the three options.
Like the users has a choice on what verification he wants in order to verify his withdrawal either by SMS, 2FA or by email verification and if in case email verification is not that secure then a combination of two will be better like 2FA and email or SMS and email.

What I want to see in this site is AutoPlay for the slot game.
