Does the accumulator bets means parlay bets? And I read on the ToS that withdrawal is not allowed when bonus is active but what if I want to forfeit my current bonus to withdraw my balance. Is this possible?

I have something really weird on my account happening.
The odds on ALL games have been lowered on my account. Whenever I am logged in my odds are clearly lower than when I am logged out. This means they have personally lowered the odds for all games on my account only.
Is this normal practice?
I will give you an example: Real Betis 6,95 Draw 4,60 Barcelona 1,44 is what I have logged in.....but when I log out I see: Real Betis 7,50 Draw 4,94 Barcelona 1,47.
Can this be corrected?
