I decided to give MegaPari a try, deposited 100mbtc 8 hours ago, then placed some bets and now wanting to request a withdrawal. But to my surprise all kinds of cryptos are listed as withdrawal method, apart from Bitcoin! This is very unprofessional that I now have a balance in mbtc but cannot withdraw it!

Btw, update: the live chat employee was right that a minimum deposit in Ethereum enabled me to withdraw via Ethereum. This was not my preferred method but okay at least it was processed quickly. But for my 2nd withdrawal it was rejected and I had to send in my driving license and a selfie holding it together with my phone with the email conversation open with the security department. I sent about 20 different photos and spent 2 hours on it spread over 2 days, and now finally the photo was accepted. They were extremely picky on the quality which had to be top notch and every single letter perfectly readable. Not a problem, but the problem was their English was poor and they barely gave any instructions on which aspects needed to be improved. It was almost like a robot sending me those email instructions as it was basically always a copy/paste answer from before with a little bit of variation in between. Not great customer service but as long as they approve it and verify my account then I'm fine with it.
It's now in the process of verifying. Will update here how it goes.
And I would appreciate if in the meantime the BTC withdrawal function will be back available. Hope to hear from you soon.
