I work closely with our support team and the security department. I personally take care of all reviews that players leave. I find it a bit silly to claim "come on guys we are not scam" but I can assure you that each decision made by the SD was strictly made with a referral to the T&C. We love our players, we care about them, but we also pay a special attention to our rules (dictated by the license requirements), safety and responsibility by playing. For example, I checked all negative claims with our team and found out that they were connected with an automated software, multiple accounts, fake documents, etc.

I did a quick read of their TOS and from what I understand I think it is mandatory to do a KYC. I think it's a disadvantage for them since their competitors are just requiring KYC for suspicious activities and commonly for withdrawing large amount from them. I think it's much more easier and more advantageous for them to just ask KYC before withdrawing knowing that there are people who don't read their TOS and won't know it until they are asked. KYC is a big factors for other gamblers and doing KYC when just withdrawing a small amount is not worth it. People who will gamble with small amount would just pick other bookmaker that  don't require KYC for small time bets.

This mean every accounts must do KYC when they want to withdraw? and not only for few accounts which is did suspicious activity or breaking your rules? I think you should ask KYC before deposit because I don't like a casino where they will ask KYC when it comes to withdrawal.

It's make sense for the casino ask user KYC if they're gamble with fiat, but people who use cryptocurrency will not comfortable.

Regarding KYC I must say that it is not highlighted as a statement on our website. The security department is motivated by basic rules of AML&KYC, they  can be found in T&C paragraph 2.
