24 hours for verification purposes is still fine and in fact, it can mostly last for 48 hours or more than that on most platforms but don't worry because the OP here is so active and looks very kind, so I am sure that your concern is always going to be solved. Small payments were usually exempted for verifications or KYC's but that is if you don't have any pending issue. Once you are done with verifying yourself, you shouldn't be afraid to withdraw bigger amounts again because you will now be allowed to do it.

Btw, update: the live chat employee was right that a minimum deposit in Ethereum enabled me to withdraw via Ethereum. This was not my preferred method but okay at least it was processed quickly. But for my 2nd withdrawal it was rejected and I had to send in my driving license and a selfie holding it together with my phone with the email conversation open with the security department. I sent about 20 different photos and spent 2 hours on it spread over 2 days, and now finally the photo was accepted. They were extremely picky on the quality which had to be top notch and every single letter perfectly readable. Not a problem, but the problem was their English was poor and they barely gave any instructions on which aspects needed to be improved. It was almost like a robot sending me those email instructions as it was basically always a copy/paste answer from before with a little bit of variation in between. Not great customer service but as long as they approve it and verify my account then I'm fine with it.

Does this mean that withdrawals are processed manually and for each payment method you appointed an agent to process them. This is a bit weird, tbh!
Anyway, I think if you need to stop withdrawals for a certain coin for some reason, you need to stop deposits too or allow users to convert their existance balance into another coin so they can cash it out.
