Not sure if these are automated responses or not, but support should have even a better response than this to let the customer know that their was some routine maintenance going on at that time to keep everyone calm and they could try some other time than saying "this type of withdrawal is not available" this would piss off anyone that deposited using btc and can't withdraw btc.
