Hey. I've contacted the team once more about the support agent who referred to the 3x wager. After revising the conversation, we have noticed that the agent has mentioned 3x wager, which is incorrect. A player is asked to place bets equal to the amount of the deposit to activate the withdrawal. So the wager is 1x, not 3x. We are going to instruct our managers on the topic once more to avoid similar mistakes. We would like to apologize for the incorrect information given by the agent - it is not the quality of service that we are aimed at.

However, you need to understand that such inconvenience happen all the time as casinos also need to protect their business  and they can't publicly share all the information related to investigations.

Please, refer to the security via e-mail (you are already in touch with them) and you will agree upon a solution together. The reason for doing that is, again, that each case is unique and there is no standard solution/answer that support agents or even myself have for you.

The balance is not freezed, the player had the opportunity to deposit and withdraw. The 300$  withdrawal was not accepted due to the T&C violation (point 7.4), it is now pending action from the security part. The security has put a limit due to the violation of T&C. Exact reasons/steps/procedures are private details that I unfortunately can not share. The whole complaint is based on the rules which MegaPari players are asked to follow.
"The security department has traced suspicious activity connected with arbitrage gambling and followed the rules described in T&C(point 2.32). It says that the bookmaker has the right to place restrictions on the player's account or block it altogether after tracking this kind of activity. Unfortunately, the security department can't share any details regarding any checking procedures they follow to ensure a proper fulfillment of T&C."

According to the screenshots sent by the player here and the feedback from the support/security team, the player has not contacted them on the topic of bet limits. The player referred to us here regarding this question, which is fully fine as well. This is the first time we get a request from the player to explain/provide details about limitation. I'm pretty sure that agents who operate in chats would probably do the same - request an official answer from the security team and make the player familiar with the T&C points connected to the case.

P.S. The investigation is over. As a result, the 300$ amount was credited back to the user's account. @frenchmika please check your MegaPari account.

We kindly ask you to make yourself familiar with the whole conversation regarding the frenchmika's case. You will find that the bookmaker not just randomly puts a limit, but acts according to the T&C with which all players are asked to agree in advance.

Hey. T&C 7.3:
The Customer must place bets with stakes which add up to the sum of all deposits and the bets must have odds of at least 1.1. Permitted withdrawal amounts shall be calculated based on the amount of the bets placed from any given deposit.

some bets have limits 140 so i do it twice on their website. because they let u do.
if you go to playbtr and the max bet is 140u cant bet 140 and 140 again
It's common sense that if they set a limit on a bet, it means they don't want you to bet more than that limit if their system allow it. I believe they need to fix this, anyway.

This is true. Casino typically just refund your balance if you failed to meet the minimum wager requirements. But some casino find this as violation which requires KYC to the user since they maybe view as mixing coins which is against on AML policy. I’ve been on this situation before on some reputable casino.

Support and tech team acknowledge your issue and possibly they are just checking the details of your withdrawal. They will refund your money soon if they don’t find irregularities on your account. Just be patient. You should read ToS next time before you deposit and withdraw. Most of the casino nowadays has a wagering requirements before you can withdraw.

The withdrawal of 300 USDT was not processed because the player has not wagered this amount after depositing it. According to our Terms and Conditions (point 7.4), we ask players not to deposit in order to withdraw funds without placing bets.

Sorry, I can't see anything ridiculous here...The deposit is easy and requires no verification because it would not be correct to prevent a player from trying out the platform right when he/she wants it. Regarding the verification requirements -  there are many risks that a casino must be able to prevent including underage, money laundering, suspicious activity etc.
