So... What kind of game is MARA Pool playing in block 831802 ? Replacing all transactions for inscriptions.

https://mempool.space/block/0000000000000000000221fd1ba086a7672e3e5a18ac5a4efc9f0cff0a78fe86

This is kind of hilarious. It could be they were paid to do some kind of marketing maneuver for whatever this is:

In any case, great to see fees so low again. Wonder if it will stick this time.

has junk appended that produces a glitchy animated "◬ trio" html visual

and unrelated, unassociated to said junk visual, the tx also has >5530 outputs of just 330 sats (literally un-respendable dust utxos)

Most users wont even use wallets that allows them to customize their fees.

Look at the bright side, we're still at a level where if they wanted the majority could withdraw their coins to their own wallet, they still deal even if on CEXs and custodial wallets with bitcoin, what I'm more afraid of is to slowly leaning towards gold IOU like ownership.

if its IOU there is no ownership.. just a unsettled claim of weak promised future ownership

also i think you are trying to speak in code, where users end up stuck unable to withdraw to their own key.. and instead only able to withdraw via CEX 'channel' to a flawed buggy subnetwork where customer only gets inbound balance still locked to the CEX funding lock.. with promises of mutual closing at some later date. where reality is the customer ends up just spending any IOU value back via the CEX routes to other customers inbound balances, thus never getting to touch or claim a settled bitcoin on their own keys

if however you are just trying to hint at ETF shares.. never are any ETF shares an IOU claim of bitcoin. the SEC made it clear ETF cannot do "in-kind" redemptions should a large share holder request a dissolution of shares(baskets) to redeem the value on the back end of a ETF.
etf shares are not claims of bitcoin owner ship. just claims of a company value based on PRICE exposure of the spot market

Feebudy is getting left alone longer and longer,  I hope bitmover doesn't blame us if it grows up to be a terrible adolescent.

But, we're touching the final bits of the 10sat/vb wall, ordinals are being replaced by consolidations:

and with just 28vMB till single digits I think were going to finally see them at the end of the weekend, no matter how much consolidation will be thrown at the mempool these days.

You're optimistic imo, I personnaly believe that 99% of new users are just buying/holding on a CEX and won't use the network itself.. so I'm not sure that fees are so important for most of newcomers

And you're far too pessimistic, the number is obviously around 98%!

Most users wont even use wallets that allows them to customize their fees.

'just separate them'
ha
they were never joined to anything else,

inscriptions dont even note which output the junk belongs to.. they were already useless and it seems you are now wising up to the idea that the only thing of value was sats being sats

franknbeans

try to learn. try to read.

i told you at least 30 times I never bought a single ordinal.

poor lil guy cant think up an original insult so just uses the words of people he loves that promote other shady schemes
poor lil guy doesnt like me telling him his crap he defends is worthless so needs to defend it repeatedly, rather than admit the obvious.. its worthless
poor lil guy doesnt realise the junk is not even locked to an output, but is just meta data appended after signature, thats ignored by fullnodes

Perfect time for me to inscribe my custom MIDI ringtone collection and release it as an Ordinals series. $$$$ here we come

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e67_1AieWdM
so you just create junk and try to sell it.. that explains more about your defensive posture
so your a scammer(creator), not a victim(buyer).. ok got it.. now cleared up..

ok then dont take my "poor lil guy" as sympathy of him not wanting to admit he has been scammed and is a victim..
take it as "poor lil guy" as a character slur of a guy with failed sales, hoping/wishing if he can hold onto his junk long enough, some future dupe will want to buy it if he just waits long enough to become "rare" "original" "classic" "vintage"

now read carefully, your junk is still worthless

the ring tone is worth $0 and will remain worth $0 even if you scam a victim

still some of the early number inscriptions will always have market value, regardless of your opinion.

heck it will likely be at least the 1st 100k ordinals w/ associated inscriptions that retain some kind of value going into the future.

also the tweet author is talking about separating value-less outputs from those that still have market value, which exist, again regardless of your opinion.

putting you back on ignore so i don't accidentally waste more time due to your trolling.

The mempool continues to drain it seems.  Transactions are again affordable but haven't gotten to the point where I'll be rushing to consolidate inputs just yet.  It's headed in the right direction though.  It gives off a much better impression of Bitcoin when new users aren't paying $50 to send BTC from one place to another so I'm glad to see this developing as we near the halving, which is sure to bring a wave of new users to Bitcoin as the price explodes and Bitcoin is plastered all over the media.

You're optimistic imo, I personnaly believe that 99% of new users are just buying/holding on a CEX and won't use the network itself.. so I'm not sure that fees are so important for most of newcomers

I remember that my first transactions were quite expensive because I used blockchain.info at first.

@bitmover, Is there no possibility of giving us a horizontal boundary line? For example, now I see that in the last 3 days, the lowest fee was around 12 sat/vB, but I would still have to draw the lines to see if the fee touched at all or was below those 12 sat/v.
It would be more accurate than looking at the history of your FeeBuddy's posts  Smiley

That is a good idea!
Done! We will see now this horizontal line!

I will post it here, so you don't have to wait for feebuddy to see it!
