Weird transaction observed in mempool: https://mempool.space/tx/70eab250e1c9599bb698452d2635b790065f660bd40ab916936027c0dd09f2ba. Any idea what is it? It's definitely not Ordinals or Runes, because there is no Taproot usage. It looks like a miner consolidating all these 1 sat dusts for some reason. It's probably a miner, because this transaction wouldn't be normally relayed with that much dust. Unless it was standard in 2013, which is when they were probably created.
