Yes merit is so unfair to newbie by using a bitcointalk it is very hard to rank up unlike before your post and activity will count for your rank but now its unfair because now the bitcointalk is looking for merit.
We need to please now the readers, sadly, those who get merit are still those who already high rank, merits were made to the abusers who just keep spamming so we need to bear with it. Make your post too awesome to be able to notice it by merit givers, there's still hope. Just work harder.

I think this is fair Its very difficult for newbie to rank up in the forum,but now has many quality posts for the review again and I've seen there services post review.I have many friends in the forum but I do not want cheat to get a little bit of merit from them,let it run as it is.

why is not fair to me merit very fair because with the merit can neutralize from the post that is not qualified and post that is not qualified because if there is no merit regulation this is likely to have the potential to damage this forum.

I know it's pretty difficult to get your post attention here too get some merit as right now the forum is pretty active with a lot of users posting every minute and every hour, so your post gets masked by the post of Other people. I think the idea of merit is to be more collaborative with each other. Since members here are mostly anons there is no sense of cohesion sometimes in discussing ideas. Merits do push people to be more objective and provide excellent posts instead of mindlessly posting in the forums with no regard for everyone. Most comments are just replying with no cohesive ideas behind them. I think admins are sending the message that members should be more critical of the posts that are being posted and if you just joined to level up your profile then you do not deserve the rank.
Merit is the one of the system for bitcoin to avoid spamming. Or to copyright the answers of others. We are looking forward to a good quality answers, and that is the reason why we had already now a merit system. Just To make our own self having a good quality post.

I agree with you, because even you have the quality post and think that you will be given merit but not, perhaps, those who have the power to send merit does not send to the person who did not know anyway, I observe it from my own.

Why not try to help someone in the local section because for me most of my merits are from a local section.
Just keep helping other people and make a post, which is informative and helpful. If some higher rank found your account helpful expect to receive merit.
It is difficult to judge the new rules with dignity. Is there less spammers or better quality messages - I personally did not notice. I want to believe that all the same it will improve the quality of our community.
You're only saying that because you're struggling yourself to rank up. Supposedly, you should be a Full Member by now base on your activity and with the merit system in place, you realize that it will be very hard for you to increase your rank. Looking at your post, you should not wonder why you are having a hard time earning merits.

Merit system is not made for your ease of use but it is made for making the forum quality better. The thing is at least you are making the quality posts now out of the fear of not getting any merits which should have been done before the implementation of the merit system. If people were qualitative rather quantitative on the forum then we could have seen better world than this. But you know very well people are so much greedy and due to the black business like account farming, shit posting this harsh decision was made to have merit system in place.
I see nothing wrong in that. If you are finding hard time getting merits then you can always source your merits from the various threads that are created by the legendary members here. That can push your morals ahead if you want.

Actually, the Merit system was introduced because there was a lack of quality post in this forum and there are few people who are not serious about the quality posts and some people are also having multiple accounts and they are making use of this multiple accounts and by this way many lists of members are been found here where getting selected for the bounty and signature has been a problem from past few months. By this merit system, people will try to be active only in one account and concentrate over there for making quality posts.

Sometimes it is.better also to be visible always by keep posting so that some higher rank members here in our forum will give merits to us. Since merit is important to rank up with it is better that someone will present their ideas or cryptocurreny of you are and event. Do you think every time i post in crytcurency to do your attitude.
