On casino guru , latestcasinobonuses and casinomeister complaint is NOT resolved yet, and You (Metaspins) did not answer ANYTHING on any of these websites.

I see that you are pretty confident with your statement. Let's hope that metaspins did a false accusation to you. I thought that they are one of the rising casino but hearing about this can affect their somehow change my mind a little. They are pretty active in this forum and I'm sure that they will see your accusation and has the responsibility to clear there name. The one who is telling the truth do have have my side and I let's see if how metaspin will justify the ban they did into your account. I'm sure they have proofs about it or if they don't I believe that it will be hard for them to clear up their name and can be tagged on this forum.

Yes I am sure , because I played from my home using local internet service provider SIA BITE. I never used VPN or share my personal computer to other people.

It seems that Metaspins has some explanation to do with this. Are you sure that you are the only one who have created an account using the IP address they have detected? Are you using a VPN or something that change your IP address because you haven't mentioned it on your accusation. Receiving a welcoming bonus doesn't mean that you pass from their security checking, Most of the time casino only block gamblers during their withdrawal process.

You should make your own thread on Scam Accusation Board so that your case can see by other members and has a proper format for it to be a valid scam accusation against them.  You don't need to make multiple post about your case, Only a scam accusation on that board is enough to be noticed.

My honest experience with Metaspins.com casino 

7 March 2023 in the morning made deposit 420 USD (0.0189 BTC). Metaspins casino has 7.9 rating on casino guru, I thought it is established, growing and honest casino. I received 100% welcome bonus and played Nolimit City video slots. I played with a 5 USD bet accordning to welcome bonus terms and conditions. Suddenly I received a huge winning and my balance become approximately 9000 USD. I completed wagering requirements and made a withdrawal request 9500 USD (0.43 BTC).

After about 5 minutes I received email with title KYC and my withdrawal request was canceled. I followed link in email and made picture of my Passport and Selfie. Process went very fast.

I put withdrawal request again and after 10 minutes I received email quote

"We are contacting you on behalf of our Fraud team.

We have now closed your account related to this email address: *****@gmail.com, due to breach of our Terms and Conditions 8.1: Only one account per person, household, IP address and computer device is allowed. Creating multiple user accounts may result in termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts.
Your withdrawal has been cancelled and your Balance confiscated."

I know this is NOT true , because Metaspins casino credit welcome bonus automatically. This means that Metaspins casino computer automatically checks IP address, computer device, person and household and credit welcome bonus to account.

If I breached one of these I would never receive welcome bonus.
