Got an email saying they now have a Windows wallet at http://mvs.live/ but I'm having trouble getting it to work. Anybody else tried the Windows wallet yet?

There is nothing wrong with Chinese projects whatsoever.
They are wrong, especially ANS, they don't update for a long time, and the price is 50% of ICO price, they are totally wrong and ripped investors off.
Totally agree with you on this, I have not seen any successful Chinese ICO, the Antshare ICO was a day light robbery, allowing the Chinese investors to pump on the market with no functional wallet, the web wallet was having serious trouble. The price is not 40% of the ICO price, Qtum project too looks shady and time will tell if it is a scam or not.

Look back a few posts for information how to claim, but if you want to use a Windows wallet you have to wait.

so far I have only seen ico of china back after there are still publishes a ico another country and indeed china chinese country great development for participation in the bitcoin and obvious matter of time for each ico
