What miner do you use?
First try with lowering the intensity in your bat file. (-i flag)
For example try -i 10

thanks that works! I usually use -i 22 and -i 19 so putting on -10

Can't the difficulty readjustment be improved by making some changes to the code? Maybe that should be among the dev's priorities for now to ease that problem.

NH helps the coins gain traction...unfortunately we are competing with 17T/H of nicehash power...whatever happened to all of the people saying they would never go back? They have almost the same amount of hashpower. Lazy miners!
