Is there an option for us to apply for a refund for the card? Or it is not possible right now?

thanks

Good luck getting a refund. I have been asking for a refund for 2 months now. All I get is " Refunds will be processed after cards are released". They sure are taking their sweet time to actually send any cards so you getting a refund at the moment is close to 0. I gave them an ultimatum. If i dont get refunded this month i am calling Estonian Customer Protection services as Minexpay is handled through Minexsystems daughter company Chain2Pay OÜ.

How can a company be taken seriously when they have not addressed a refund request that was done initiated 2 months ago?

I think you should report them to the Estonian authorities without delay. Their conduct towards you is a disgrace.

Oh they addressed it several times. Every single time same anwser. " refund will be processed after cards are shipped and only 80% what I paid."

So I paid 100€ for a fantasy card that now costs 5€ and I get back 4€.

Did you pay in EUR or did you pay in ETH?

It seems to be another part of their scam to not refund people fully

You paid in MNX and you will be refunded in MNX. Or you can get card when they will be shipped out. Just an example, when you buying something at AliExpress and then you want to get refund it will be converted from China currency to your local currency by bank rate on the moment of refund transaction.

Next stage will be sending cards to the customers around the world.

That is a wholly incorrect statement from you.

Each geographical area has its own legal associations to protect end users so what is an acceptable process to the EU is different to what is the US market.

Then when you look at regulations for China, Russian, Singapore, Brazil, South Africa... you should stop exaggerating.
what kind of regulations can be processed against abroad cards? The only regulation can be if it is illegal to open foreign cards for people in somekind country, but that will act only for people in that country(actually I have no idea is that countries in the world or not). If people will order cards there the only who is responsible for that will be person which ordered card. Because that's depends of local rules and people must know rules of country where they live. Minexsystems can't be responsible for that.

Just an example for you. In Russia people must register foreign accounts, but nobody care about that rule because government can't know where that card is registered and is that card exist or not.  Because bank which giving cash to you can't see name of person which requested cash in cash machine. That info is available only for bank which issued that card.

And of course cards will not be sent to places where it is illegal due to UN restrictions. (North Korea, Crimea and couple more)

Cards? Where are the elusive cards?

They have been asking investors to buy MNX and order their cards for a long time but they never produced any evidence about cards being in the pipeline.
Here is the evidence about progress https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jMktT43lBs    and it's more videos at official Minexcoin channel on Youtube.

Temhuk I unignored you to read the message, I am willing to engage with you to discuss.

I saw the video before, I think I have seen 3 videos related to Minexcoin/Minexsystem/Minexpay

Keeping all previous issues and concerns aside, here are some questions for you.

There are no instances where companies using VISA/Mastercard test cards have failed. All cards work, as long as there is a balance in FIAT it will allow ATM or payment transaction to work. Where the "test" part comes in is when that balance is linked to personal software such as a mobile phone wallet app or desktop software. Having said that, once any company gets it right and the process works what is stopping them launching their cards?

There are two parts of the Monaco, Tenx, Cryptopay, Minexpay and similar cards. Firstly its converting crypto from a wallet to FIAT. Secondly it is to allow the card transaction to take place.

Now if Minexsystem claims it has done both what exactly is the delay in launching the cards? No more of the "we are testing cards" reason. What is the real reason for the delay?

If both parts of the transaction process are working then in my opinion the delay has to be down to finances. If Minexsystem is using test cards then it means they should not have a problem launching IF they can finance it.

What is really going on with regards to releasing cards?

This is your first constructive post here....will like to see more of this than yelling scam on the thread....nice one

Why do you calling that for delay? Public card test was started just 2 weeks ago. Work is in progress. Cards will be released as soon as everything will be ready, you should to know how it is difficult to do that. And Minexcoin don't have so much money like other projects named by you, but already done more than all of them, now I mean issuing test cards to different countries citizens plus some of them are not EU citizens. Plus MNX is open to community and everyone can visit their office and be 100% sure in existence of it.

I disagree, the truth is Minex have done nothing in comparison to Monaco because it has branded cards. Even Tenx has tested its own branded cards and they will be ready to go out to customers soon.

I definitely do agree with you that MNX does not have the funding of Monaco or Tenx but that cannot justify the false news being spread by you and others when you were asking investors to buy MNX and use them to purchase cards because deals with Novarise and CSOB were in place, when in reality there were not deals.

Since you regularly go to the Minex office and you are on close terms with Borys you should be able to explain why it has taken this long to get this far. All the blame cannot be down to lack of funding alone, there is a degree of incompetence somewhere either from Borys or by someone high up in the decision making process.

If public tests started two weeks ago how long will these tests continue?

What is the next stage after the public tests are completed?

You guys are total idiots.
still your making assumptions.
so two guys who previously worked for mnx decided to run a project off their own and from that who get that Boris is pulling strings?
come on.

So if I ever were to work for Dell and start working for another startup also making computers taking with methe experience gathered at Dell I am suddenly working in a scam company that has its strings pulled by Dell?

But they arent making computers here, are they? They are begging money for a new fairy tail like mnx was.

 Grin

Add to that the fact the Republia was a copy and paste scam of Minexsystem. The similarities between the two scams cannot be a coincidence.

Then adding to that daddy Shulyayev is behind Minexsystem scam and son Shulyayev is behind Republia scam shows more than enough evidence of the scammer Shulyayev father and son team.

All I hear are assumptions... You constantly scream about republia and make up an entire fantasy based on 1 piece of information.
that republia ceo is Boris his son.. Boy you would seriously make a bad investigator.

Republia ceo that was minexsystems community manager, 2 years ago he didnt have any blockchain experience as was stated under his discription. Now he is supposed to be an expert in blockchains, running an exact copy paste project as minexcoin. Same parking system with same hyperinflation rates, same "volatility control", debit cards etc. Only thing that is different is consensus mechanism. Thats the only difference between those two projects.

Now tell me again they arent connected 😂

Boris's son is not the only ceo there check again

So what he is not the only one? he is still ceo, isnt he? Why do you always argue with me with nonsense arguments.

Well the connection is clearly visible for all to see.

I think Borys is the one who is pulling the strings and controlling everything behind the scenes but his son is just the front of the Republia scam company.

You guys are total idiots.

No surprise the inner circle Minexsystem scammer alliance of Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev will be posting here to pump the thread with propaganda with paid trolls such as paid trolls such as jedgar and yurez83.

I continue to have these fools on IGNORE because they are not worth giving any time or wasting any effort over.
