You can start trading with any amount u want to. It depends on you if you think the time is worth to trade with only $5 then go for it. It's always nice to start with a small amount to get used to it then when you have knowledge about trading you could start bringing more money into it if you want to risk it of course

I'm started trading from 200$, I bought bitcoin for 1000$ )So it was 0.2 BTC. You can start from even 100$ now, and just learn how to trade, because trading it all about  percents not about minimal  amount of fiat.

Actually, you can start trading with any amount. However, if you are a new comer, let begin with a small fund, it will help you learn all things before getting profit

Yes, this is the best thing about the trading that there is no minimum or maximum amount to trade.  A newcomer can trade with very little amount to get the know how of bitcoins while an experienced trader can invest as much as he can if he sees that he can be able to get a lot of profit from the certain trade.

I actually started trading with only less than $20 because I was just trying out trading. I actually didn't know much back then about trading and how it works, all I know was that you should sell them high and buy them low and so that's what I did.

I start trading in the value of.002. Newbie can start in this amoint,  it can explore the trading world. We can explore it. And gain some small profit.  Then if you have gain, try to increase your profit so that you will also gain big amounts in trading.

I was one of the lucky ones to suggest investing on bitcoin to my fiance when price was lower than $2500 Cheesy I told him to buy as many as he can afford and he did, I had 20 bitcoins at my disposal to play with as he liked to put it, But ever since price increased above $4500 he took them from me, Because once I almost lost 3 bitcoins in a stupid trade. More you have to invest you could either lose more or gain more, With bitcoin there is no middle. If you have $500 you can't expect to earn more than $5 daily, So if you can put $5000 you'll earn a $50 potentially if you know what you are doing.

In a market where barely ANY coin EVER has a volatility of less than 2%/day, how can 500$ not expect to earn more than 5$/day?

This makes no sense, I mean if we talk about a long term investment that looks promising we could talk about 0,x%/day of earnings, but if you are trading, unless you only put 5-10% of your bankroll at risk, I am pretty sure you either gain way more than 1% or lose way more than 1% per day

saying you could net an avg of 5$/day with a 500$ starting roll is such a random guess xd

The good thing with most Crypto exchanges (like Bittrex) is that the fee which they charge is in the form of a percentage (Bittrex charges 0.25% per trade). This means that you can begin to trade with as little coin as you want! however, you must take into consideration the minimum trade value of the exchange (Bittrex requires a minimum trade value of 50K Satoshi).

BTW: I use Bittrex as the example because it is the exchange that I use and the exchange that I recommend you to use.

Good luck and stay safe! Tongue
I do not limit my self to have a set minimum amount to trade to start on having trading. There is really no minimum or maximum amount in regards to starting a investment with the used of bitcoin because you could actually start as low as the minimum satoshi required on having a trade on some actual trading site. But if you have the resources , it is best to start big. Because the more amount you would invest the more profit and earning you could have in the future with just the proper handling and management.

All depends on the amount you want to started trading with for i believe that you can start trading with as low as 100,000 satoshi  but in my own case i started trading crypto currency with 2 million satoshi which I later made a significant profit from the trading and am happy to say that any where. And The 2 million satoshi was what earned from participating in signature campaign.

If you invest a small amount of satoshi to start at trading you'll definitely get a small amount of profit too but it still depends on the coin you trade so if the op desired to earn more he could just take the risk to use a huge amount of money or satoshis. I know how you feel, you can accumulate 2 million sats within a month working in a campaign.

First time. I started cryptocurency trading, I did it with $200, and the same amount was what I used to start up forex trading too. I don’t know if anyone here uses platforms like iQoption to trade cryptocurencies, I heard iQoption allows deposits as low as $10, and you will also be getting a percentage (either 50 or 100%) on your first deposit as a new member, if the deposit was made from their mobile app. I just read that from one thread in this forum.
I have always thought that accepting deposit bonuses is a bad idea, as far as I know it works very similar to the deposit bonuses of casinos where you need to make a lot of bets before you are able to withdraw your money and since we are talking about trading and not gambling, it will be irresponsible to think of the two as the same, so you cannot take the same kind of risk in trading as when you gamble because your aim is not to get fun but to make profits.

Since it can be started from.any amount but still you should know yourself that if you will invest in big then you will be able to make in big also , so here as an better suggestion for you , I will suggest to start with atleast 0.01btc .
But take care about the basic stretagy to make investment in the coins . I mean invest in the multiple coins instead to invest single or two to three coins ,to lower the risk in trading , and ALSO you should have lots of patience Because sometimes after the buy of the coin the price of the coin comes at stable for long time or sometimes get down much for long time , so in that case you will needed to wait until the price of the coin getup .

May i ask if you're newbie on trading when you start with that 1 btc capital? That is really a huge capital for trading ive started $500-$1000 only.

When it comes to the cryptocurrency trade, I think it was in between $10 to $30 (not sure about the value in Bitcoin). However, as I started investing through the small purchase orders but with a frequent time interval, my minimum amount has been $10 for each and every order so far. Even if it is much higher than the average minimum level, still comparatively small and even in that case it strengthen my investment portfolio so for me minimum is $10.

just trade what you can afford to lose. start from the lowest amount first until you gain more experience so you will succeed in trading.
i think as of now no one can trade a small amount due to the bitcoin value  now adays so expensive . Unless you can afford it.  .Indeed if you're interested then you need to risk sometimes but learn first the movement of bitcoin to avoid huge lose. That's exactly the way for beginners need to sacrifice first before you can gain more knowledge or experience.

you can start trading if you have around 500$. But if you can arrange 1500 to 2000$ then it will be better. but if you are totally new in trading then try to learn trading in few amounts of money.and one thing in trading don’t jump in shitcoins.

actually, in that case i think that any amount can be your capital to start trading, even if it small or high it depends on you how you handle your capital. better to watch the flow of the market before you start trading. and make a high sense if it going dump or pump.

In the event that you will begin exchanging and you dont even have one thousand dollars in your adjust, at that point dont even consider beginning since it is quite recently going to be an exercise in futility.

You have to remain looking the diagrams and all the cost amid the entire day, it isn't justified regardless of your opportunity to exchange for a couple of hundreds a month.

I saw a few people exchanging with under $350 on their adjust, and they require days to make $10 of benefit, and let me know. Is it justified, despite all the trouble to stay exchanging an entire month for $500 - $600?

For me, it's depend our strategy. Most people will say 0,1 btc or $ 1.000 but actually you can start with little money you have but must change strategy.  You can't use long time period if you don't have big money. Just use short time period and never use martiangle strategy, it will kill you slowly. Before you start trading, please calculate your target & stop loss for safety. Never trade without stop loss and good luck to you.

I started trading for 0.03btc, it grew to 0.06btc, then moved out from Poloniex to start trading on Forex. But what happened is a disaster. I thought Forex is cool and more money. I got liquidated. And start on Poloniex again and Bittrex.
