Following this with some interest.
I'd like to offer some advice to you, if you truly are a newbie on this forum. (good advice even if the account is all that's new
)
This place will get brutal, even if you're 100 percent legit. Not might, will. Do NOT react to this by insulting the trolls/freaks/concerned denizens. You can't tell them apart when emotions get hot.
If you have even a hint of delay, say so about a second after you know about it. This will raise your credibility in this very ugly market tenfold while costing you only time.
If someone wants a refund, give it, regardless of TOS. The positive feedback will give you more credibility, leading to more sales.
DO NOT VANISH!!!Absolutely the worst thing you can do is stop communicating. Silence is not only not golden, it is the breeding ground of FUD. It will KILL your company. If something is wrong, tell us. We are aware that this is bleeding edge tech. If something unexpectedly goes right, Tell us! Everyone likes good news.
Don't lie. Even if the news is bad/ugly/fatal. You will be found out. Some of the company hunters here don't have any other goal in life. If you're legit, they are your best friend. But they will find EVERYTHING related to you, your company, you ancestry, your prefernces... once pissed off they are like robotic bloodhounds. They don't stop. So if you're legit, they'll help you. If you're not... well, you were warned.
Since the above comes off as a bit unfriendly, let me say that my tone is from having gotten too involved in one of your competitor's threads, and getting my own rep a bit tarnished by association. I personally came out good, but because of me I think some people bought a machine that is unlikely to ever be delivered. Inadvertent on my part, but a shame to me nevertheless. I actually wish you well, given attention to the above.
