I don't have any idea why not see your miner applicaiton Sad

I think I have it. Can I just confirm, is all traffic sent out via port 3333?

Yes. All data read from 3333 port in Claymore miner's. Try to run Clamore other miner (example: ZEC). ZEC is working correctly?

Please try to run MinerClient.exe with -d (it make a log for Exceptions) I don't know why can't connect to miner, I am using W10 now, and no problem.

I'm getting some interesting results. I'mtrying on 2 different computers on the same network, both have the same log file, however, 1 computer is sending traffic and the other isnt.

Looks like it's getting hungup at 127.0.0.1, but isn't that localhost? When I saw that I figured firewall issue, but it's working on 1 machine on the same network and not the other. Even after disabling firewall and all

Hmm it is very intresting. Can you see statistics in: http://127.0.0.1:3333 ? Or not?

I can. All stats look perfect

I don't have any idea why not see your miner applicaiton Sad

The client need to run with administrator privileges, turn off firewall and antivirus, what miner app do you run now?

It is being run with admin privileges. As you can see, it's been running fine for 15 hours. This just started happening the other day

Any idea with my issue? It can retrieve the needed info from the server and set configs, but for some reason it can't see the miner that it started? I've tried with Claymore's Dual Mining and Zcash miners. Both are the same

Was working fine in Windows 7. Now in Windows 10 64 bit, I've tried with both firewall and malware off. Is there a debug feature or log file that can be run?

Please try to run MinerClient.exe with -d (it make a log for Exceptions) I don't know why can't connect to miner, I am using W10 now, and no problem.

today morning I received email about stop my all RIG, but rig working good.
2 hours agop I turn off my one RIG. 30-40min RIG was off, but I not received notify on Email.

Can ypu make notify when hashrate is down 5%?

Yes I would like to make hashrate down alert in the system but now I don't have too much free time to develop the sw. So you need to wait the feature. Yes I know. The server hosting owner make a maintanence in her server park and all server power off. So if the minermonitor go back to online, the system not recognize the server down and send email to all user. Sorry Smiley

Hello, I tried to use your software but when I launch it, it says "Can't connect to miner application", I can't find the same error anywhere on the thread could you help me?

I've began to have this problem as well. Just started with the new server/SQL move? I'm only running CM Dual miner.

I can also confirm the email is not working once a rig goes offline

Just moved to Windows 10 and I'm also receiving an error when trying to create the startup task

"Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)
at Microsoft.Win32.TaskScheduler.V2Interop.ITaskFolder.RegisterTaskDefinition(String Path, ITaskDefinition pDefinition, Int32 flags, Object UserId, Object password, TaskLogonType LogonType, Object sddl)
at Microsoft.Win32.TaskScheduler.TaskFolder.RegisterTaskDefinition(String path, TaskDefinition definition, TaskCreation createType, String userId, String password, TaskLogonType logonType, String sddl)
   at Microsoft.Win32.TaskScheduler.TaskFolder.RegisterTaskDefinition(String path, TaskDefinition definition)
   at MultiClient.Program.createTask()
   at MultiClient.Program.Main(String[] args)"

EDIT: Figured it out. I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The upgrade did not delete my previous scheduled task. I had to get rid of it in task scheduler, and I was then able to re-create it without issue

Are you run with administrator privileges?

I am. The startup task was a windows issue. Thats fixed. The "can't connect to miner application" seems to be a different issue?

The client need to run with administrator privileges, turn off firewall and antivirus, what miner app do you run now?
