I think Ngannou will fight in different super league, not regular season.
This fight card looks interesting, I want to see comain event Tyler Diamond vs Movlid Khaybulaev and Bubba Jenkins vs Sung Bin Jo.
PFL is looking better with every new event, and I see Dana White is so pissed that he mentions PFL all the time  Grin

Definitely, he will fight in a different PFL super fight Division where this division provides a 50% revenue split for fighters while in the Regular Season, this is just the old regular play for most fighters, but sure enough that Super Fight division will start next year and will debut on Francis Ngannou's fight,

Now here are my full pick for PFL 4 - Regular Season, not my full bet just my full picks, however, will just be picking some fights for my bet, highlighted in green are my picks

and there is the knockout at the fight Pudzianowski vs Szpilka
Oh I didnt watch the fights live but it was a knockout fest and I didnt expect to see Pudzianowski losing like this, maybe he is getting old for this sport.
With 46 years this is his second defeat in a row and time for him to think about retirement very soon.

This will be on Thursday, June 08 and this is PFL 4 where Francis Ngannou will have a fight next year

Anyway, the last one had Bellator fighters beating up most of the Rizin guys.  Some skill in wrestling and grappling really made a huge difference in those match ups.
Yes they did but I liked the whole idea and style of gladiators against samurais.
Rizin is not on the same level like one older MMA organization from Japan called Pride Fighting Championships that doesnt exist anymore,
but everyone remembers Fedor Emelianenko, Mirko Crocop, Wanderlei Silva and others from that time.
I think Bellator vs Rizin 2 will be better to watch.

Mariusz Pudzianowski is on this fight card and all Polish MMA fans know him very well:

^  Not sure what would happen with the belts in the Bellator vs Rizin event, but the UFC and the PFL had a one match deal for Kayla Harrison to fight Amanda Nunes for the women's 145 championship in the UFC since the fight will take place in the UFC.  So I guess it will depend on what kind of deal they have signed.  I'd imagine Kayla Harrison getting a three fight UFC contract if she did win vs Nunes.

Just a crazy idea and a question. Imagine they have fights where Bellator champs fights Rizin champ. What will happen with the belt? Is it possible that Bellator fighter will hold a Rizin belt and they have to make same collaboration event again for Rizin to try to take belt back? Like in boxing, when fighters hold several belts from different organizations. And the opponent that is just contender for a WBO belt, and all of a sudden became an absolute champ.

I never had any idea that they held such an event before I wonder if this is also possible with the UFC? If they had real champions in both, they could have this and they can make lots of money from it but as we know the UFC doesn't need these MMA companies or they don't want to help them further increase their audience because when it comes for the UFC, they are the number one MMA company out there and when they accept to do this kind of thing, they also gave them huge publicity and audiences which will be going to become permanent fans at least for most people who will watch that fight collaboration.

Well, Rizin and Bellator need to do something like this so they can attract more audience and I think they had a unique setting in this that likely many had liked, but for sure Rizin is popular in their country while Bellator had a few fans that were only founded on 2008, while LFA was only 7 years old but they are making the news because of Francis Ngannou, so collaboration is really needed by Rizin and Bellator if I am not mistaken I have posted the 1st Rizin X Bellator collaboration in this thread just back read a few pages back, maybe you will see it,

Well UFC wouldn't need any collaboration with the other combat sports because they are bigger than all of them combine, and surely UFC has already evolved and have rules that some Combat sports do not have sure alone UFC is a formidable company that doesn't need anything well WWE is a different collaboration because it is now a property of Endeavor Group Holdings Inc,

A.J. McKee vs Patricky Freire and Kai Asakura vs Juan Archuleta are two main fights scheduled for Bellator vs Rizin 2 on July 30.
More fights will be added and details revealed for full fight card, but there is more time for this to happen.
I dont know many fighters from Rizin but I like the idea of this event.

For sure you have already seen my link, there are only 3 fight cards that are available for now, but as you have said it will add more fights, and because the fight will be on July 31, 2023, it is still early they can surely some favorites for both combat sports on the 1st collaboration Rizin was mostly defeated by Bellator fighters but surely if Rizin could come up on providing some support for their fighters I think they can likely do it,

Cool. I wonder what kind of collaboration it is going to be. Bellator vs Rizin fighters ? Bellator champs vs Rizin champs? (Rizin currenly has only lightweight and bantamweight champs) Or just Bellator fights are going to be held on that super arena ? Freak fight ? As Akebono and Charles "Krazy horse" Bennett are still in Rizins roster Cheesy

You own the pen
Rizin is from Japan so likely that Japanese fighters are just in the division of Lightweight and Bantamweight mostly I really think this has already happened back then it was December 31, 2022, and it is called Bellator MMA vs. RIZIN 1, and the Main event was AJ McKee Jr. of Bellator MMA against Roberto de Souza of Rizin, mostly all cards were domination for Bellator, and now what you are saying here is the upcoming collaboration between these two fighting companies, and it is called Bellator MMA vs. RIZIN 2 and this will be on July 31, this year,

Just like you, I don't want to see him inside the Octagon aswell, well I really don't like him but I don't like his style of fighting, even though he age down or even at his prime I don't want to see him ever again fight, well it is good that he teaches kids of Martial Arts that was great but maybe retired in being a biased commentator, I agree with you,
Only thing I could see Cormier fighting again is WWE like Ronda Rousey did, but that is not real fighting, it is more like theater acting.

Scott Coker and Bellator just announced special collaboration with Rizin, one of the biggest MMA organization from Japan!
This two MMA organizations will work together in making more cross promotional fights like one that happened in December of last year.
Bellator X Rizin 2 will take place in Saitama Super Arena near Tokyo on July 30 this year.

Oh! I would like to see that, and you are right now that the UFC and the WWE are now partners with one another I think this could surely happen even though he is not fighting now he could have acted with the WWE superstars but this could be possible if he would likely want to with Ronda Rousey and the other guys in wrestling they could surely teach Cormier on how to pull his punches and make it as a punch that make sound that is

That is a likely collaboration and because there are so many collaboration that is happening now, and the PFL with Francis Ngannou, I see this as a collaboration sort and not a contract signing, collaboration of Fury with the UFC boxing if that could make it forward, it could happen, I think the Bellator and Rizin should make noise themselves for the fans of Bellator and Rizin that is,

Cool. I wonder what kind of collaboration it is going to be. Bellator vs Rizin fighters ? Bellator champs vs Rizin champs? Yes, you are right and I am also just giving an assumption if Daniel Cormier does not retire and his age is still possible to fight because we all know that Daniel Cormier has retired and will never come back to fight again.
Jon Jones is quite the favorite in the UFC heavyweight division and it seems that for now there is no fighter who can match him in the UFC octagon.

But it could be that the PFL offers a more lucrative contract than the UFC so that some fighters are willing to transition to the PFL and this is very possible as the PFL looks to be growing over time.

A possibility for Cormier to still fight and at his prime against Jon Jones I really think Jones can still win this even though that KO win for Jones was switched to be a No Contest and was stripped of the title after he tested positive for a Turinabol metabolite, but I really think Jon Jones now is a different beast than what Daniel Cormier fight in his prime self,

With 44 years he is not getting any younger and Jon Jones would easily beat him again.
Cormier was a good fighter once but I never liked his style of fighting or his commentary work because he doesnt know how to be neutral when commenting fights.
He is so fat now that fighting again on professional level is mission impossible for him, but I think he still works with kids and practice at his gym with lighter trainings.

And on the UFC news, Conor McGregor is going to be tested by USADA on having his fight with Michael Chandler, while Conor McGregor is a walking PPV this guy can literally draw out money on his fights so Chandler could be thankful enough for Conor to fight him, and I think next was Israel Adesanya is another cash cow for the UFC, I mean this two and add to this next was Colby Covington, I think this is some guys that are active right now that could draw big PPV in the UFC,

Well, this is just my opinion what you guys think?

I really don't see Daniel Cormier fighting again, and he has the best job right now so he surely won't fight anybody for sure, and looking at Cormier I really don't see him getting in shape to fight anybody  and likely he doesn't have the talent and potential of Jon Jones his job it too good to be stained in the octagon again,

They will sign more heavyweight fighters soon but that wont be guys like Daniel Cormier who didnt step in octagon cage for years, and Dana White would not approve or like that his commentator is fighting for PFL  Grin
I see a lot more potential with younger fighters and with fighters who dont have good relationship with Dana, maybe Stipe Miocic.

It's possible that the PFL will soon recruit new fighters from the UFC at heavyweight to be able to meet Ngannou, but it seems not for Jon Jones.
If Daniel Cormier doesn't decide to retire and his age allows him to fight maybe he can become Ngannou's opponent for the PFL heavyweight title and this will be a very amazing fight because the two former UFC heavyweight champions can meet to fight again, but unfortunately Daniel Cormier is already old impossible to fight anymore.
Dana White may have thought that the PFL could develop even more because they always bring in great fighters even though they are former champions from the UFC.

Ngannou will have a boxing tune-up this year so it's most likely a weaker opposition and someone that makes Ngannou win in an impressive fashion as much as possible. And if his dream comes true facing either Fury, Aj, or Wilder, of course, he will get destroyed.

Dana is not obsessed with Ngannou but he is well aware of the financial risks once Ngannou will have a very successful PPV event on his PFL debut. The UFC is earning a lot of money on its PPV events and this might change once its fighters will start demanding a higher share percentage. Besides, if PFL will get even with the same PPV numbers as the UFC, it will become capable of offering UFC stars with higher PPV shares.

A boxing tune-up would be a good experience for Ngannou but if they are picking a fight they should pick a well to deserve surely they can not pick a boxer that could likely win, but they could surely pick a sparring match for Ngannou to get him to look good, to ready him for the best match he wants

Well Dana White is done with Francis Ngannou the fact that he doesn't like him boils down and landing a contract with PFL but I don't know if the 1st fight with Ngannou would be successful enough to reach certain revenue, but let's hope and see for ourselves,

Delija is a good matchup for Ngannou. There is just one problem with that fight. Delija seems to be the strongest or best heavyweight PFL has. In Ngannou wins, and wins easily, there will be no big interest in watching his next fights there, as he would beat already the best they've got. If only they would sign someone else.
That is why PFL is going to hire new heavyweight fighters and I am almost sure someone from UFC will transition and sign to PFL
I saw Dana White saying that he doesnt understand why PFL is doing with this, but I think he understands very well and he is afraid.
He is really desperate and now he is willing to accept Jon Jones fighting against Tyson Fury  in boxing   Grin

LOL, that is not just desperate, that is pathetic. I dont know all their background kitchen, but I would not make such desperate moves to attract attention to UFC. UFC still have a lot planned fights that would make good ticket and PPV sales.

What I dont like about Ngannou and PFL, is that he has now right to influence on decisions. He could push on signing heavyweights that will be convenient for him to beat. But what I like that he must try to steal some heavyweights from UFC. I think UFC has recently released on of decent heavyweight. Dont remember the name, but he that tall, fat and strong body like Tuivasa and Tafa.
