On the Rivaa email, I am 99% it is legit because how would people know who Hemant C. Patel is to come up with a fake email?

Sorry, that's a distinction that's irrelevant in this case. They may well be paying when delivery is underway.

Also re your edit- Urea is used in the process of dyeing fabrics, so all the more reason to believe it's real. Thanks for adding that!

I'm not sure that this company has anything to do with URO or that Mr Mohamad Z. Sukri has something to do with it (no company website found) but at least something with the name Crown Team Corporation does exist in HK. I found it on http://www.icris.cr.gov.hk/ CR No. 1898106

Now finding CCL Pillay is a bit more tricky since http://www.cipro.gov.za/ lists 6 pages of companies what have Pillay, a common South African surname, in them.
