Dear all,

Thanks for your feedback regarding the KYC/AML process that began on Saturday. The KYC/AML process is only requested from those who invested more than 5,000 USD. If you invested over 5,000 USD and did not receive an invitation to complete the process on Saturday, you will receive one on Thursday or Friday. In short, we cannot make you completing KYC/AML, the more doing it the better for all of us.

We received a number of comments from the first group regarding technical issues and general concerns that we would like to address below:

*The Intrum Service is not working properly!*
We opted to make the process entirely digital for ease of use. However, the first group has experienced a few technical issues. If you have any problems with the Intrum service you can complete the process by hand. Simply send the AML forms signed with a copy of your passport signed to us at [email protected].

*I don’t want to expose my personal data!*
We understand the concern for security of personal data. When you submit your information via the Intrum web app, the data is stored by Intrum for 90 days. Intrum is FINMA approved, following Swiss data security regulations, which are among the highest in Europe. After this modum will keep a record of the data, securely protected, following the regulations set out by the Federal Act on Data Protection.

*Why should I complete the process?*
In order to easily transfer the crypto funds raised in the token sale to fiat for use in regular operations, our brokerage partner is obliged to comply with Swiss anti money laundering regulations. By completing the KYC/AML process, you are helping modum to best manage and utilize token sale funding, growing our core business and ensuring the quickest path to profitability.

*What happens to my tokens if I don’t complete the process?*
We cannot make everyone complete the KYC/AML process. We have opted to invite only token holders who have made investments above USD 5,000, similar to the thresholds for KYC/AML processes in financial institutions. We will not withhold tokens if an investor is unable to participate, but we value your best efforts to complete the process promptly when you receive the invitation. All investors will receive their modum tokens.

Anfangs war das ja so gedacht das man das einscannt und den dieser Firma schickt dir das VideoIdent-Verfahren macht,....da wäre wohl keine Unterschrift nötig gewesen.
...wenn man es per email an modum direkt schickt sollte glaub auf beiden Formularen eine Unterschrift sein,.....da stand was im Slack,.....ich such mal...

Ich seh nicht wo ich das unterschreiben muss.

Komisch,..ich hatte es mir direkt am ersten Tag runter geladen und konnte es direkt ausfüllen ,....oder bin ich jetzt so senil das ich mich nicht mehr daran erinnere ? 

..naja, der Videochat schlug fehl, und da ich grad Urlaub habe kann ich das Dokument nicht ausdrucken,....hatte  am letzten Tag im Büro noch meinen Ausweis eingescannt, aber vergessen das Dokument auszudrucken/zu unterschreiben / einzuscannen.

...ohne Unterschrift bringt es wohl nichts, aber laut Slack kann man die Dokumente auch noch später einreichen.

Ich habe noch gar kein Mail bekommen. Dachts das sollte heute kommen.  

Habs gefunden, wurde nicht weitergeleitet.

Kann es aber auch nicht bearbeiten.

ja, das hatte ich im slack auch schon gelesen.
damit ist das alles eine goodwill-aktion von seite der investoren ( über 5000 dollar ), aber kein verpflichtendes -muss-.
dann warte ich erstmal auf den 22. oktober und hoffe mit meinem private key an die token zu kommen.

hat schon jemand das aml-formular ausgefüllt? in mail steht nicht vonhand ausfüllen. über das pdf formular habe ich aber keine möglichkeit direkte eingaben zu machen.
gibt es den ganzen krempel auch auf deutsch?
ich gebe sonst nicht mal meine daten bei real für payback-punkte heraus. hier soll ich auf zurufen jemandem über das internet alles offenlegen....
das passt mir ehrlich gesagt nicht so ganz.
bekomme ich meine token auch ohne dieses prozedere?

Die werden dir automatisch auf die Adresse überwiesen am 22. Oktober, so wie es im Mail steht.

ja hab die json datei gefunden puh ^^
und ab ende oktober kann man die überweisen?

Zu Myetherwallet,

bei "How would you like to access your wallet?" die Option "Keystore File (UTC / JSON)" markieren,

bei "select wallet file" die modum-ico.json-Datei auswählen, die beim Tokenkauf erstellt (und hoffentlich gespeichert) wurde

und Passwort eingeben.

Habs auch bekommen, das ist die Adresse die du beim Kauf erstellt hast. Dazu müsstest du ja den privatekey haben.

Entweder ist es die Adresse von der du aus die Ether geschickt hast oder die Adresse, die du bei Modum während der Teilnahme erstellt hast.

hab ne email bekommen mit ner eth adresse aber wie bekomme ich vollen zugriff auf die eth adresse weis das einer ?

Auszahlung ist bis zum 22. Oktober garantiert. Es kann immer zu Verspätungen kommen aber die fristgerechte Austeilung ist auch der erste Milestone.




Auf diese Frage habe ich leider noch keine Antwort, das hängt von von unseren Brokers und Banken ab.

Ich habe auch noch keine Email erhalten, gemäss Modum wird es aber morgen oder Freitag sein:

Nein habe auch noch keine bekommen, ist die Grenze eigentlich mit dem Bonus oder ohne? Vermutlich ohne?

Haben denn mittlerweile alle diese E-Mail bekommen? Ich habe deutlich über dem Grenzwert investiert und bisher noch nichts erhalten.

Mein Gedanke zuerst war, ob man nicht nachträglich alles aufsplitten kann….

Im Grunde genommen würde ich auch als Investor verunsichert sein, aber wenn die FINMA plötzlich am 29.09.17 ein Statement rausbringt, muss eben gehandelt werden. Die Hintergründe hätten allerdings von Anfang an klarer kommuniziert werden müssen.

Modum-Team: Ist denn die Auszahlung der Tokens bis zum 22.10 garantiert oder kann es hier nun zu Verspätungen kommen?
Um welche Gesamtsumme geht es überhaupt, auf die ihr vielleicht erstmal keinen Zugriff hat?

Es geht ja nur darum, das modum jetzt die Herkunft des Geldes nachweisen muss. Danach dürften deine Daten ziemlich uninteressant sein. Wenn die Token auf exchange gehandelt werden, weiss sowieso keiner mehr wem die gehören, somit ist ein Zurückhalten der Dividende auch nicht möglich.
