Seems the vast majority are in favour of the move to PoS v3, so all that needs to be decided now is the rewards. I believe Blackcoin's static rewards equate to 1% of the supply each year and Shadow's to 2%. So far 2% (JadeSnail & Nott), 4% (kopykat) and 10% (Coinmin) have been suggested for MOIN. If anyone else has a different suggestion please leave it below and I'll put up a poll in the next couple days.
The v1 explorer's down, I'm waiting for a response from the hosting company. Worst comes to worst I'll set one up on another server.

Looks like the close battle between tiger coin and moin are over. Looks like litebar coin bought half a million votes. There are plenty of good exchanges out there. Volume is steady. Maybe bittrex some day.

Just to let you all know I got a reply from YoBit who currently have 69452.98454815 MoinCoin that they've asked to swap. In the past I was a bit wary of doing this given that we weren't the original developers of MoinCoin, but I've given it more thought and as it's coins under YoBit's control the decision to swap would be one they made for their customers, rather than one we made for holders of the old coin. For the life of me I can't think of any reason that anyone with MoinCoin left on YoBit would object though. So I've sent YoBit a link to the swap instructions and my modified MoinCoin client. Once they've installed it we'll be able to get the chain moving again so that the few of us with MoinCoin left can get it swapped. I feel like this is the fairest outcome for all involved, and this hopefully means we'll be able to wrap things up nicely and end the swap on 9th May as originally planned.
The items for the updated roadmap are with our designer now. Nothing earth-shattering, but they'll let everyone know the direction in which we're headed.

It'd be nice to see MOIN being used for economic activities, betting included. If there are any gambling sites where people would like to use MOIN then please let them know.
So the pull request is for adding a MOIN quick template to Azure. What this means is people would be able to spin up a MOIN node on an Ubuntu server with pretty much the click of a button. With the majority of people voting for a move to PoS 3 we want to give people as many options and make it as easy as possible for them to stake their MOIN. More on that subject in the near future. Once the pull request is accepted the MOIN template will be listed on this page (search for 'blockchain'):
