Monero certainly is reliable than Zcash as it is faster to use, more practical, and captures higher market cap than Zcash.
I would bet on monero, since it is better in my opinion, but look at coinmarketcap and their marketcap is almost the same, they are really close, their graphs are looking pretty much the same, so one can conclude that both coins have similar support in the community
Monero and zcash both are private coins but monero is more popular than zcash in terms of anonymity and more adoption in the market
From my point of view, these projects have the opportunity to further develop, because today there is already a need to use anonymous coins, because everywhere they are already beginning to demand verification.
I prefer Monero, because in my opinion this coin more secure and she has a bright future!
It depends on why are choosing? If you are looking for a privacy based cryptocurrency, Monero is better than zcash. I think even DeepOnion is better than zcash. But if you are looking for an investment on privacy coin, zcash have a good chances of returning at least 20x within this year. Also, DeepOnion is better because it's quite cheap now.

Monero and Zcash are all two anonymous coins which I really like. aforetime, when Zcash hasn't listed on Coinbase, Monero is more popular than Zcash, but now Zcash gradually overcome Monero about the favourite

I think maybe Monero is more anonymous, even though actually between Monero and Zcash, they offer very good privacy with different characteristics. When compared, Zcash is more theoretical because it uses zero evidence systematically to obscure transaction details.
While Monero is more practical and complete, because it uses cryptography to obscure the source of funds, hiding the number of transactions and destination addresses.

ZCash and Monero analysis shows that the anonymity of transactions, the possibility of mining and protection against inflation are almost the same for both coins. However, I would have passed them, with regard to investment in them. Too they depend on the price of Bitcoin.

Monero I believe is a good coin, and is ideal for people who appreciate the complete anonymity of the transactions it provides to its owners. This is quite an interesting and popular coin, and I can suggest that this coin will grow over time and can bring profit to those who invest in it. 
Monero would still be the best option for privacy coin. Zcoin is also a good coin but if you will prefer a single one then go for monero.
But having both is also fine if you would love to expand privacy set on your portfolio with these coins.

These are both very interesting coins. And in order not to choose between them, I bought both 
I was more interested in Moreno, because I had read an article, Team Monero was still intensely doing development. so I'm sure Monero is still strong enough to be used.
I voted for Monero as well as it's the only coin that is privacy by default.

If it wanted true anonymity I wouldn't choose any of them, but as an investment they are equally good. Monero has the dark markets to thank, and ZCash is being pumped to due high profile backers. There are better privacy coins at the lower end of the market caps DYOR
Both are very good anonymous Crypto project but I will go for Zcash. Zcash was created to work on the inefficiciecies of Monero. Zcash is a better and an improve form of privacy coin.
between monero and zcash I personally prefer monero, both from the potential of the koinya have proven its superiority and many of its communities. see the list on coinmarketcap that monero ranking is superior to zcash. so I think Monero is better than zcash.
Both Monero and Zcash is equiped with proper amount of privacy. Monero is fungible, whereas zcash has more wallet support system.
I think that today projects that position themselves as anonymous will, in any case, be forced to do something in the area of anonymity, because today such projects must remain anonymous and they will definitely be in demand.
