Money should not be as important in our lives as it is. Many factors make it so important:
-We put too much trust in it, as if it could solve everything. It can solve some problems, but not all.
-We need to keep a certain status not to be embarrassed by people around us calling us "losers" or having pity on us for living humbly. We could live with much less, and probably be much happier, but the environment (tv, people around us etc) presses on to convince us that that is no life.

But sometimes excessive love for money tends to make us decide which sacrifices something...
It could be the love and welfare for our loved ones, yes because of monet we can give them what they want but they also need love and your presence..

I agree, we need to make it balance, not all in life are about money, our families also needs us not just our money. Those who just love money and not giving some importance to their family is not right, we need to make it balance make a time management for earning money and for family. A small incident which is making me feel if Money is the only thing we need in life. One of my cousin is married and have 2 kids and the younger one is just a year old. They are planning to leave their kids with their parents and go to a foreign country to earn more money. I cant imagine if both of them can be happy without seeing their kids or money has made them to take this decision. Do you think its a right decision?

Money is somehow tells us that we are not still obtain freedom. You did not have any rights to get what you want and needs of you have money. Only the 1st world countries have that kind of rights. Also money is the one who divides us, the poor and rich. The rich and poor did not live in the same place and money is the reason for it.
Money have been part of our life. It provides what we need and what we wants. Even the true sacrifice for making money is not seeing you love ones. That is the biggest struggle of life today. But sometimes dont be foolish to give up not seeing your children and family for money. There are many more ways to find money than not seeing your child because you need to go abroad or in any places.

money is also important of huma life. We earn money by worki g or having business. And money is using for our everyday needs... We use money for a lot of purpose. For paying our bill, for buying our needs,.money is a needs of humab i their life...
Money is a blessing and so it's important. It is important to be a good steward of our finances and share it with others especially those who are in need.
Definitely we should share our blessing that we get especially for those who are more needed. But it's much better to teach them how to earn money instead of giving them always because not most of the time we have lot of money that we will give them. Money is very important now without money we can't but things that we want. Sometimes money is the reason why parents are go to abroad. They being force to do that because of what they children needed instead of taking care of them. In that case, the best thing to do by their parents is stay communicated to their children even they when abroad.

I don't think you friend has taken a good decision by abandon his family for money and travelling to a far country for money! To me the best thing to do is to prioritize your value according to there important before taking any decisions especially hard one like the one your friend has taken. If you think in the other side of the story, My only opinion they actually have a right decision. Because they love so much their kids, they can make more money to give a good life to their siblings. They think to do not want their life make poor like no food to eat, no shelter, no money that their point.
In one sentence, I can say that money is everything, without money you are valuless
Trees have value, they don't have money. Animals have value they don't use money. People have value, even if they have more or less money. Those without money like infants, they don't now how to use money, they also have a value. So, I totally disagree with you saying "money is everything". Sure Money is useful, but without anyone using it do you find value in it???
Money can bring happiness but sometimes it cant but dont think that money cant bring happiness because you work hard for this. I think you need to take balance from money and time for anything to spend time on other not only in work or for earning money only.
A lot of young people work really hard in order to save money for the future. I know about guys who work for 14-hours a day. But I have also seen people who regret working that hard later in their life.
