Money is a motivating factor I also agree because Money buys you the basic necessities of life in a medium to very high standard. But it is also true that money can be double-edged depending on how we use it. One thing for sure, money can't buy friends. At least not real friends. Money can't buy fun because all the work you put into it leaves no time for fun. Money can't buy the feeling that you are creative, interesting, helpful, observant, altruistic, or kind.

The human brain has not changed much since the stone age. Feelings are what make people happy. Everyone has their own feelings that will make them happy. For some people, the feeling that they are creative can make them happy. Others are made happy by the thought that they have improved the lives of others. Some people think that having lots of expensive things will make them happy but in reality those people tend to be miserable.

Money is indeed a motivating factor on which it is really just that understandable that people would really be doing their best and doing such hard work for them to earn because if we dont then we would definitely
be able to survive on day to day living, considering that inflation or economical problems does exist then living on this world would really be a huge challenge.This is why it would really be that better if you are really that wise on having multiple income sources on which you would really be able to sustain at least on living. It is really just that normal that money does really motivate us on making things or doing things on which we do earn money.It would really be just that a normal approach on having this kind of desperation on whatever things that we would be involving with.

If you dont earn money then you would struggle on living. How much more if you do have some mouths to feed? Support their living or give out their needs or simply having a family?
Pretty sure you would really be that mainly thinking up on lots of methods or ways.

There are days to a man's life when the first is inevitable. You've just got yo follow and hunt for it with the strength of your youth and some even take it down to the days when they grow gray.
Following money isn't so bad, it could lead you to developing models that ensures you not only get to keep them but to make more of it ad that doesn't neglect the fact that, money aids in the making of more money.
Following money doesn't mean you get to do unspeakable things or take ways that aids no value or pride to a man's life but, you've got to ensure that in your pursuit for money, your values are not diluted.

Money, we can define it according to our wishes as users. but believe me, the function of money is something that is generally accepted by us to measure value, exchange, and make payments for the purchase of goods and services, and at the same time acts as a means of hoarding wealth, nothing more than that.

However, there are lots of people who misunderstand real money. indeed, money can be a motivating factor for us to work even harder to achieve something we want or make happen. but the truth is, money never misleads you. believe me. money will also not follow you well, as I said, that money is nothing more than a tool of exchange rate. but the fact is, everyone tries to make money in very different ways. there is a good way, namely working, doing business or all kinds of things. there are also, who justify any means to get it.

Money, it is said, can destroy a user, money can even buy anything according to the user's wishes, including buying the law. but if you want to know the truth, i will give you my point of view. MONEY, never misleads, nor does money make a person bad. Money only confirms who we really are. hopefully, you get the gist of what I'm saying.

i quite understand what you are saying. when we set our sights completely on money, we will tend to be afraid to lose it and when we do lose it, we will become quite mad, and we will look for money again, and so on. but when we focus on ourselves and our efforts, the money will follow, and when we lose it, we tend to think less about the loss and take it for granted, and this is the thinking of many rich people in the world.

but there is no denying that many people focus only on money because of their various needs and there is nothing wrong with that, but it's good not to focus too much on money because if so we will easily be disappointed and even crazy if we lose it, that's my opinion.

CEOs of large companies are clear evidence that it is their value of themselves that makes them very rich today and earn a very large nominal salary.

why are there poor and rich people, that's because the poor are synonymous with lazy people, who don't want to try hard in their lives while most rich people are hardworking and smart.... you decide what you will be in the future.

Every human that has bloos running through their vain has this inner character and they don't show until money comes in, that is when people display their character and show what they are made up of but however, there are some individuals that don't show bad side of them when they have money, especially when they are brought up with a silver spoon, nothing freak them, they just leave a normal life. Though that don't stop them from doing anything that will bring more money to them, nobody want to live where they are and comes down to where is not comfortable for them, money still remain the factor.

It is actually true now that money motivates everyone to do anything in life, everyone's running after money and success . Money can be a good thing and bad thing depending upon how you'll take it.

Money is just a short term motivator as the case maybe and has limited appeal.
No doubt money is important but it comes with a standard expectation with a job and people expect to be paid with a fair wage, without it there's no way it can attract or retain employees.
Money is really a huge motivative factor, the assumption has been that people will work harder and produce more if the financial rewards are placed before them. With money people can work without thinking of the pain or stress, and extra money motivate people to work extra.

There are very curious answers to this OP, but if we look at this same thread, most of the answers are motivated by money, the payment of a post.

It's not that I want to justify myself, but to this day I have already fulfilled my quota, so money is not always motivation.

We have a strange tendency to think that money is the main motivator to do something that involves our physical effort, time stress and a long etcetera.
