Sure, money is a motivator, but if you're not passionate about the work you're about to do, then what will keep you going when the time comes for those long sleepless nights? Passion to make the impossible possible, I thank the successful end of my project than check. Try and find a way in which your passion can be monetized without compromising our own morality.

Money will make you passionate.  As the term motivator means, it makes you work diligently and happily because you are motivated to do things due to the reward money.  There are works that doesn't compromise your morality and yet is well rewarded with money.  You just need not to think of doing bad things since it is the easiest way to gain money.  Be fair and look for a job that can help us nourish ourselves.  After all, there are lots of jobs there is "eco-friendly" and can give us a good sum of money.

Money is not a poor leader, when you are proud and self-centered this is when money can mislead you. So many people finds it difficult to control money in our societies due to their incapacity to use the money at the right time for the right purpose. People follow money in other to secure a better life for themselves and can do all sorts of shaddy things to get money.

Money does not follow poor people instead money follows the rich and wealthy people.A poor many needs to look for money in other to take care of his basic needs but a rich man has his business that people are running for him,he can be anywhere he wants to be his business is booming this means that money is following the rich businessman. Happiness is gotten from God and I disagree that money brings happiness. So many people misunderstand this that is why there is so much corruption and evil in the world all in the sake of getting money to make you happy.

A man will think that if he could buy the latest Mercedes Benz car this can make him happy but after buying that Benz mate,in few weeks time he will not be happy because he wants a private jet that his friend just got. Money cannot buy internal happiness. Money is only a motivator.

Well I do think money is a motivational factor but I do not think money can buy happiness. But I definitely like to feel comfortable by having it. Having some cash in your pocket can make your life a lot easier but not necessary happier.
I personally know some miserably depressed rich people. I think motivation and happiness is all about following through on your commitments.
of course money can't buy happiness but let's think otherwise if we don't have money we can't be happy.
money is everything to meet the needs of this life even though there are many other important things behind it that make us calm and happy, but one of the factors is needing sufficient needs in life.

I don't deny that almost everyone is motivated to do work or other things because they want money, so I totally agree that money is a strong reason to be motivated to do many things.

Judging from the current social life, currency is the only way of exchange. You use your work to exchange currency, and then use currency to exchange for life needs, and these life needs maintain or bring you a better life experience. This is an effective closed loop, and the completed loop is that you earn money and then enjoy the material life brought about by the reward.

We cannot avoid that money would play a role for us to keep going and getting motivated on what we do. There are people who can’t seem to be happy and motivated to continue working because of their poor financial status.

But at the same time, we are also not happy and easily get bored if we just work for something that is not giving us the passion, excitement, etc., despite receiving at least a decent amount of money every day, week, month or so.

For us to sustain, we must balance both passion and money. Never quit from your boring job to fully focus on your passion. That is my biggest mistake back then years ago where I quit my high paying job to chase my passion, but in the end I cannot sustain myself and got broke.

You must be financially stable and established first before you can fully enjoy what you’ve been passionate on.

Many people are motivated by money because money can give power, popularity, and respect, to those who have it.
Of course, they would be motivated if that was offered, and we realized that until recently those with money had freedom over what they wanted to do.
This is the concept of money as power even though in our minds money does not give happiness but money gives satisfaction and a sense of pride to most people in the world.
In this extraordinary world with advances in technology and information, no one doesn't want to have money because everyone wants to have money as a medium of exchange for goods and services to survive.

Money is a good follower, but is a poor leader.

Money will always lead you astray, but it will follow you well.

Any man that seeks to follow money becomes misled.
Money is meant to follow you, while you are meant to follow value.  Create value, solve problems, and do it well, you'll attract people to follow you; remember, money follows people with value.

What's your take on this?
people sometimes are enslaved by money, without them realizing they are slaves to money, they are constantly looking for money, after getting money, they feel lacking.

People who are slaves to money, like to forget true happiness.

Be a person who can control money, don't want to be controlled by money.

As Benjamin Fanklin said; ''He that is the opinion money will do everything may well be suspected of doing everything for money.''

In fact, money is not a source of motivation. The main motivator of a person is the happiness that he will eventually achieve. Money does not mean happiness either.
Money is a great power. It is the size that a person who does not know how to control should not use. Otherwise, it will cause great damage to the environment.

Money is indeed a motivation, I mean, I would be motivated if the salary is good with a healthy workplace of course, if it's toxic then money isn't motivating at all if that's the case. Worshipping money is bad, working for money too, that's why money should work for you. What I mean is you have to work smarter, not harder. Nobody works 8 hours a day that became a millionaire while sticking to his comfort zone.
Talking about the workplace, everyone needs to have a comfortable workplace. Because it comes from personal experience, I prefer a work place that makes me comfortable, be it from my work environment, colleagues or so on. Because if we are in a workplace that is not comfortable for us, it will put pressure on our mentality and it will affect something we do. Obviously if we worship money and work for money is something wrong in my view. I like what you say that we have to work smart. But if we do these 2 things (work smart and hard) of course the results will be even better.

This also depends on the country we live in. Even if the conditions you mentioned are met, it is difficult to be happy if the purchasing power of the money you earn is low. We can improve our conditions with our own efforts, but we cannot improve our salary. This is one of my sad points. As you said, if the working environment in the workplace is comfortable, at least we feel better. As a result, money is motivating, but the ways to make money are of great importance in this regard.

Some people do say that money cant buy everything which is true but since the beginning of life or the time we do stand on our own then we do know on how important on having the money. We cant survive nor do things if we do lack money. Its not bad on making money as a motivating factor as long you dont forget on balancing everything not only focusing on money making but also into other priorities as well. Dont make yourself get blinded with greed as these things would really be resulting into bad decisions which you would really be make you look like a fool. We do strive on day to day living or survival but we should make balance on everything.
On the one hand, balance is really needed in everything, but on the other hand, a lot depends on the character of the person himself, his priorities, his needs. I think that if a person has a goal to earn more money, then he is more likely to achieve this, because he will put more effort into it, devote more time to it, choose the field of activity that will make it more likely to achieve this. If a person has other priorities, then of course he will also earn enough, but still not as much as a person aspiring to it.

Money is always good. In our everyday life their are things we should have done to get more money but because of the lack of money it is not just possible to achieve it. Money genates more money to people who are financially alright. Money is always important and always plays good roles.

Agreed, when an employee gets paid for what he have done will surely be a big motivation for him/her. When the same isn't satisfactory, surely the commitment towards the work won't be effective. Whether you work smart/hard, if you aren't paid good, then nothing can keep us motivated (until we run our own business). Education systems need to change in some parts of the world. In my country they teach, you study well, and you get good job so that you can earn big. This shouldn't be the way of teaching.

Being rich is great but doesn't guarantee you are a successful being. Money can't buy everything. Or can you buy happiness with money? If one allows money to lead him/her, he/she will definitely find himself/herself in the pit. This is why money ritualist, kidnappers and others are common in some developing. People there just want to make money by all means so this make them to be lead by money. It's always better for one to take cautious when dealing with money so as not to fall a victim of money follower.

But believe me I dont like greedy people and I dont like people talking about money all the time - and forget all the blessing around us. At the end we all meet our fate - and we all go from the world empty handed.
No one will like greedy people, because it will harm others in the end. A greedy person will not care about anyone as long as he gets pleasure from what he wants. Sometimes he will get rid of his own family if he tries to harm him. This is a fact because many of the same incidents I have witnessed myself. For example in the case of inheritance, I see that he is a "greedy person" who doesn't care about his own family and tries to dominate whatever is available. Not infrequently it ends up on the court table. Greedy people only care about themselves.
Each one of us does have that greediness inside, it do only differs on certain person on what extent they would really be able to control. If you do really make money as some sort of god or you are really that

praising and hoping that much, then most likely you would really be ending up with these kind of actions. You wouldnt really care about relation and other things correlated as long you could really get more money.

It isnt really that bad to aim for more income or something like that, but when you are already touching other peoples principles and doesnt really show any respect
then this is where problems do start or arise.

The whole world revolves around it so definitely it’s motivating factor for us. In fact we can’t even breath without money these  days. Get this: We go to job, we earn, we spend, we flourish our lives with that money. If somehow one is thrown out of their employment then it could become disastrous for that person. Imagine all of that chain stopping right there and he would go crazy. This is why it’s obvious that peeps are motivated with the money and they want it a lot and a lot all the time.

Exactly, without money then people will not do anything, money is a motivation that will make people always eager to work, business and so on, without money then our lives will not be dynamic.
With money indeed it can be a motivation in itself and I have no problem with statements like that,
but it's different if money is the main goal because not everything is always related to money,
for sure money is not everything but everything needs money
