R2B2 implementation will be within the first few days of V2.

I asked about RBIES? so RBIES will not be implemented and it was announced very heavily very long ago? my question is:

can I wager with my RBIES in 2 days on MP apps?

I think the answer to that has been no for a long time, holding out any hope for Rubies v1 to be implemented here would be foolish at this point

Rubies (which can be transferred/converted to R2B2) will be implemented into the system after R2B2.  It will act in the same wallet/bankroll as R2B2.  It takes a bit more testing and coding to feature both as one.

thank you for clarifying this. this clears all the confusion and I am sure not only my confusion. please let us have the ETA for RBIES because R2B2 should be today or tomorrow with V2 as I understood it

 Wasn't withdrawals automated? For the first time ever I have a withdrawal waiting for you guys? I kinda do need the money, normally this is instantly done but this time its stuck at "processing" , also when I click support, I can't see anything for some reason.

just for info I had contact to the MP support by mail. not any big conversations but addys to sell RBIES against BTC

though it is very strange that not one of the owners care to answer withdrawal questions. Dogedigital seems to be on vacation in a strange country with no secure internet access but where are the other owners?

Does feel like it's been a while since we've heard from the owners...

I was actually in the States.  My family and I grabbed an immediate flight to attend to a personal matter.  I did have access to Internet, but I have learned from being the target of several social engineering and hacking attempts, that logging into insecure or public wi-fi is never a good option. 

I have 4 different 2FA devices that are not connected to the Internet.  I was unable to bring them all.  I also have multiple setups for passwords, some that are geo-location restricted.  I have just arrived home now and will be much more active again now that I have full access.

We did not disable withdrawals.  We have been keeping the hot wallet at a lower level for security reasons and to limit risk from our testing with the alts coming live soon.  I believe the user above had a pending transaction for 5 hours, which was taken care of when we woke and got the number of signatures required.

Now that I'm home, I look forward to running full steam again and bringing the much overdue V2 site live before the end of the month. 



End of the month for V2? Is that a solid ETA now ?

 You are still a troll man. I had a problem with them and we dealt with it. You are just a useless troll. Being Right is not = not being a troll. You can be a "troll who is right" , it is not "what you say" , it is "how you say it" that makes you troll. We are saying the same thing but I am acting professional waiting for a decent response and a discussion with the owner and try to fix this, you are just the crazy guy in town yelling "FİRE" over and over again.  However, you say this statement as if its ok? 5 hours. It was 5 hours. You kept my money on you without a beforehand warning, without explaining, without having a live support that can help me. You kept it. Simply just took my money and did not give it back for 5 hours. Do you think that is normal? What if I needed it for a very crucial thing? What if it was a life or death type of needed money? It is humiliating for moneypot to not being able to pay up peoples OWN money back to them and than come here write this explanation like "its alright , shit happens" , no , you do owe us a huge apology, not an explanation, personal matter happens, than leave someone in charge behind, what if you unexpectedly die? What than? Our money is stuck forever?


 Like I said, I wasn't planning on writing here until I saw your condescending "pending transaction for 5 hours" like it was 10 minutes. You guys failed on that day and YOU failed on that day, I even said you guys will go "oops sorry" and that would be that however you didn't even had that, you had the balls to come here and  DEFEND yourself instead of an apology for our troubles, moneypot will not see V2 with this type of customer relationship I can tell you that.

 It took a while but finally got my money. Just in time. Please find a quicker way for topping up your hot wallet than waiting for everyone.

Is it so hard to top up hot wallets? I thought it will take a maximum couple of hours if one pay a sufficient fee for the transaction. It may be due to lack of interest in running the site. I actually withdraw my funds a few months back when I noticed that investments on this site no more attractive for investor point of view.

In this particular case we had a large amount withdrawn from the hot wallet. We had to wait until certain team members were available to sign the transaction from our multisig wallet.
