Yeah, that's a really good point. I understand the risks involved with using a VPN and will avoid doing so. I definitely don’t want to run into issues with KYC later on, especially if I manage to win something substantial. I'll try contacting their support first and see if they can give me more clarity. Hopefully, there’s a way to resolve it without any legal or account complications. Thanks for the advice!

VPNs are not allowed on our platform. However, I would like to reiterate what Avante said above. We believe that your money is yours and err on the side of paying you out above all else.
By the way, I saw the list of restricted countries and almost the globe is prohibited to open accounts and make deposit on your website, so where does your userbase come from?
A new platform is coming up, possibly this month as they said, which will have an improved platform with changes in UI, functionalities, a better sportsbook, more games, and most importantly, a new license that would allow access to the platform for a lot of countries that are currently restricted.
