My country is democratic and has no wars and has always complied with all international treaties. Fair anough mate, that is very transparent and potential customers will know from the beginning if their region is restricted or not. I have been following this topic from page one, and i must commend MonkeyTilt for being very transparent about everything, especially when they say that their first line of action in any case is to err on the side of paying the customer first, and then ask question and take decisions later. It is hard to find casinos that aren't looking for any small opportunity to withold players money, so this is much appreciated.

It is transparent and fair enough to your guests and users. Doing this will help your company to gain very good reputation in long term because many people don't understand big problems with their accounts and money if they try to use VPN for account registration from restricted areas by a platform.

I don't say about cheaters who know clearly what they do, but some non-cheating people actually don't know about this risk, if it is very first time they're doing this. So, your platform's proactively block notification is very helpful for them. It reduces inexperienced victims but also help your company reputation a lot. With any business, reputation is key, if you lose it, you nearly lose everything.

Much better. Reputation is much more important than the few hundred dollars a casino might earn by not informing a user that they are accessing the platform from a restricted region and then they are denied withdrawals, the funds stay in the account for about 6 months or so and then they close the account and take the funds.

Transparency is the key to having a good reputation in an industry.

I hate it when that happens. This is another reason why I think MonkeyTilt is going to give tough competition to other platforms if they keep working on the casino because as you said, most casinos wouldn't tell you that you are accessing the platform or trying to create an account from a restricted region so that you can go ahead, create an account, make a deposit, and once you do all that and possibly win something, as soon as you try to withdraw your winnings, they will either ask you to verify your identity and then say you are from a restricted region, or they will directly say that your IP address is from a restricted region, and your account will possibly get blocked or frozen.

Just don't let a user have an account on your platform if you know they are from a region you have blacklisted or restricted. It's as simple as that.

That's make sense, my country has some kind of gambling license provider too (since there are to of them for local and foreign) only for foreign gambling company which also required to not accept the country's local users.
