Hopefully the police can squeeze him to return the money in exchange for a bit of a lighter sentence. He does not look like a guy who would do well in Jail.

Just send coins to exchange, trade them and return back to your wallet. You can't trust anyone these days. You will lose all your coins when you at least expect, so prevention is better than cure. Even if exchange looks trustworthy believe only to yourself.
Great in theory. Hard to pull off if you day trade. Things can happen fast and you need your coins and funding in place.

New Rule Of Thumb: Trust no exchange beginning with the letter "M"
Best advice is to only keep coins on an exchange you want to trade and are ready to loose. No exchanges are hacks or bugs free.
