I believe BTC and LTC are gone.. but I read they have shitcoins wallets KARM etc.. why they do not give these coins to owners? It is best options to say.. someone stolen my money.. bye.. but we do not know what really happen. Mintpal was really good exchange, I stay with them even if they was hacked first time. But I can not understand why they make business with moolah. If something so risky is in plan, so back up all wallets, or send coins to owners and is is everything OK, we can choose to send coins back or not. that is all.

I still want my karmas back. Mintpal owners just sold the everything to moolah I think. They just cashed out.

I really starting to believe our coins are gone forever. who is guilty? Mintpal of course.. because we should receive a message about this migrations with suggestion to withdrawal all coins out.

I would mostly say moolah, the exchange became a big pile of shit when they started the conversion to v2.0

When I checked my MintPal V2 account today for the first time this week...
ALL of my balances were correct exactly as I left them with MintPal V1.

But it states that XMR wallet unavailable... and BTC wallets is "undergoing a rebuild".

Even though I got about 50% of everything out...
My account now states original balances = wrong in my favor.

Is anyone able to transfer any coins?

I could withdraw only shitcoins.

Hey Chelsea H, start thinking correctly, and start talking to these people...... https://twitter.com/Selachii_LLP/status/525726839646744577  and/or expect a visit from the police.
You might not realise it yet, or be ready to admit it to yourself, but you are being badly used.

Ryan. You are true scum, personified.

Any new news about moolah, I am really so much fcked up with these scammer.

Syscoin just had an emergency injunction granted by the High Court in London against Moopay, and Ryan Kennedy personally. If they sell any of their bitcoins they will be in breach of the Injunction and committed to prison

Very cool, they propably already sold them... Can be hard to proove though if they are smart.. Hopefully they go to prison for a long time, serves those assholes right.

Yeah I think the only thing I can do is file a fraud report with the uk online crime people , and attempt to participate in any class action suit that may arise from this. In any case - I am still fuzzy on the exact details (I'm sure we all are to some degree) - I'd like to know exactly to what level this ryan/alex person was involved with moolah moopay and mintpal prior to this - was he an employee or was he actually in a management ceo role? where at? were mintpal and moopay and moolah being run as seperate corporations with independent management or was all of this linked together from the start? when did they become linked? exactly when and how did the moolah corporation and this ryan/alex person come to gain access to the mintpal servers? were the mintpal servers completely emptied? or was it just the 8000 accounts that mysteriously vanished in the "migration" that were stolen from? reason I ask is it's really weird that I can log into mintpal and their standalone withdrawal page and it's got my balances listed correctly - so that information of who is owed what exists still on the mintpal servers , at least for those people whose accounts were not vanished , right? is there anybody at all still working at moolah or mintpal at this time who can answer these questions?

As of posting this , I had a remaining balance of 1.98884393 BTC and 0.00126634 EMC2 and
0.00049135 FLT and 400.94980569 NAUT with mintpal ..... I submitted withdraw addresses , and submitted the
following user notes on their "Mintpal Standalone Withdrawal Tool" page:

"Thanks for the trading ... Sorry this what
I thought was a great website trading platform is going away ... Please
send all my remaining coin for my account balances for
[email protected] to the addresses provided - 1.98884393 BTC to
16dCHmoq3kGhBw7RySYSsT92jWbwdquezz AND 400.94980569 NAUT to
NdM4zWg2M9STSuhwZB9ndKsLE2weGFCSAE - the fractional EMC2 and FLT are
irrelevant but I've provided withdraw addresses anyway. Please contact
me at [email protected] if you need any additional information
from me. Thanks. "

I have also emailed the support dept
of moolah describing my issue in detail. So far , no BTC and no NAUT
have been returned to the addresses I have provided. Not exactly sure
what my or everyone's recourse is at this point? To whom/what agency
should I file paperwork with (in U.S.) to attempt to recover my funds in
the event that I and others are never returned their missing funds they
have requested a withdraw of from mintpal?

wow sorry man, I have no idea where to file a complaint if you are not from the u.k.  some poster right above has an u.k. address, maybe try that out?
