if you guys really want to bring down this piece of shit, you should support Syscoin team, as for now, they are the only one who really hunt him legally, not just talking and dwelling but with real lawyer and pay all the expenses. legal action detail also available only from them.

you me the SYS team that got 2500BTC to copy pasta LTC (only to be screwed out of their scam by a even bigger scummier scammer)
something makes me think this just might be smoke to cover the fact that SyS is shit

Have any of you guys filed for legal action?

Not yet as far as I know of but in the community it looks like people like to use Woodlock
It's done both the BFL case and the Virtual Mining (Also known as Active Mining cases)
http://www.woodlaw.com/current-investigations

I'm sure if someone in the USA wanted to do the paper work they could fill in that form and get a case going pretty easily.

Thank you very much for the links, trying to help as many people get their coin back as possible.

Quite shocking that they are bankrupt, yet have 0 mention of this on their website. When researching btc exchanges to review on my site moolah came across as a solid website and trustworthy brand. I thank the industry insider who tipped me off

The server log 'evidence' was due to be delivered to the SYS legal team @16:00 yesterday. Notice how the Moolah tweets have dried up now.
