I noticed there's no makefile.unix in the src any longer to compile mooncoind, is there a way to run a QT version from the commandline in Ubuntu ?

Have you tried makefile without the *.unix-extension?
In https://github.com/mooncoindev/mooncoin/tree/master/src there is a Makefile

Just gave that a try, doesn't work unfortunately.

MOON/BTC-market 24 hr-volume on bleutrade is more than $23000  Shocked

http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/mooncoin/#markets

Only to remind you all: Check the page above first, which market provides the cheapest coins. At the moment MOON/DOGE and MOON/LTC are cheaper, so most probably it is more lucrative to convert BTC to DOGE or LTC first, then buy MOON. At least for as as long as there are no buy-offers on the MOON/BTC-markets.
... which could be history soon ...? Let's hope the best.  Smiley

Absolutely, have you all the noticed the BTC/MOON wall coming down? It was just at 44 BTC yesterday!!

+ $9,948 at Novaexchange BTC/MOON ... Roll Eyes

Nice volume on their LTC-market, too: https://novaexchange.com/market/LTC_MOON/

Bleutrade must freeze only suspicious accounts/addresses not Mooncoin trading ...

Freezing the market allows them to prevent those coins from moving to other accounts or being bought or sold. It reduces the risk of users and themselves and allows them to be more accurate in their investigation.

As for my use of 'addresses', those coins went through multiple addresses before arriving at its final destination. History is the blockchain that contains the history of addresses.

Could also be a try to "mix" them?

Could be a possibility yes, along with this could also just be a cold storage wallet for an exchange.

Could also be. And to get away from speculation is why I mentioned, that it would be a good thing, to contact the exchanges for further investigation.

This addreess  2WfkSAnTzDZ1VjouGqh2nNtPZGMr1fJckZ derives from this https://bchain.info/MOON/addr/2Z3AWQ6yfJXFNvYbK5WEsPPuuA2rbVVz3J and this from the second cryptsy address.
Novaexchange and Bleutrade  must freeze  accounts of mooncoin  from these addresses

Yes, it was before the fork.
They transferred several billions from the 2nd address at the beginning of March
(maybe if more people updated the wallet before the block 1,100,000,
consensus wouldn't allow it, but we have what we have).

However, after the fork in March (at block 1,100,000),
no single move in top 2 addresses, looks like protection works.
You can use any of 5 independent Mooncoin block explorers to verify it.

There is no any reason to freeze Mooncoin markets at exchanges
apart from if these addresses 2WfkSAnTzDZ1VjouGqh2nNtPZGMr1fJckZ
and 2Z3AWQ6yfJXFNvYbK5WEsPPuuA2rbVVz3J
belong to an exchange.
They can investigate it just in 1 minute.

An exchange can only be informed that coins at these addresses are not legitimate,
like many other currencies which were traded at Cryptsy - usually inform exchanges about disclosured Cryptsy addresses.
It's normal, but no reason to freeze markets or wallets, if these addresses are not at exchanges.
You can wait for years until the transfer from these addresses to an exchange and should markets be frozen for years?
Anyway it's not possible to sell them currently, as at the btc market there is a sell wall and at sub-satoshi markets prices are cheap now and no big volume.

Owners of these addresses

you always can contact our community with your comments on the derival of these coins.

"I'm just going by what I see. MOON sky rockets up before falling back down. When it fell back down a new address appeared with 10 billion MOON in it that came from an exchange. This tells me someone bought a lot of coins, someone dumped a lot of coins, and when it was over someone withdrew a lot of coins. That's a big coincidence..."

2 billion at exchanges have been bought, at most 3, 10 billion impossible!

Not impossible at all. A person could have already had MOON on the exchange and just bought some more. This has been debunked above with the coins being sent out from the Cryptsy addresses.

It could very well be possible, I've seen that happen with other coins watching coinmarketcap over time. Also with Mooncoin becoming more and more known, some of the crypto whales might have wanted to see how fast the interest might have been. Anyhow The Bleutrade Moon wallets are in maintenance.
