The development is already 4 years the same. Nothing is developing here. The price is as low as ever and the people here will not agree. It's a dead coin that will not be worth anything in three years .the people destroyed the good old mooncoin

lets bring it up again.

its directly due to the legality of the situation.

Some also say, that burning would be against the law...

thats why  THAT conversation is in Limbo.

meanwhile, mooncoin needs to move on, and get more movement.

If it’s due to the legality of the situation then why not be more open with information rather than just replying ‘we’re meeting with lawyers’. I’d offer that if this process was more transparent then everyone would feel more comfortable. As things stand - everyone has their own theory (mostly negative) about the ultimate goals of those with the stolen coins. It’s hard to get anyone new involved or excited when there is a black cloud hanging over 20% of the total coins available.
I sent my report to MF about my meeting with lawyers. Only few words: legal proceeding to burn these coins take no days, but months.

And now? What is going to happen? Why isn't there an admin team here answering questions?

anyone can setup a new moon website.  those are Community driven.

i think there are 4 atm?

i think 2 of those are same person. (links from one pointing to the other)

i didnt look at the whois stuff ...(or if i did i forget now)

The .eco and .world sites were the only ones I was of which i was aware.  Can you direct me to the other two?

If there is an actively maintained site, it would be beneficial to add it to coinmarketcap and maybe remove the other two, if possible.

I thought that .eco and .world were supposed to be merged in the future. There is also .com but that site is outdated and not maintained I think.

I don't hope that this means that the development of Mooncoin will be stuck for months......

Good afternoon. Also, I have the same news from my lawyer. However, we need to see in the future. Mooncoin has big possibilities !

It would go a long way for Vas to post here every once in a while to re-affirm that he's at least keeping an eye on this forum, and maybe mention the status of any legal proceedings even if there is no change from the previous update.

Mooncoin has zero possibilities if the community loses faith in the development team/person.  The fact that Vas hasn't posted here in 6 weeks is suspicious.  Having two unsupported websites is as well.  Every day there's less and less reason for newer investors to come on board.  Frankly, there is zero reason to invest new money in Mooncoin unless speculating on penny stocks is how you make bread anyway.

I'm already beyond the point where cashing in would net a reasonable value to re-invest in a more energetic project, so I'll just hodl and risk losing the little bit of value that is left in this one with hopes that one day I'll be richly rewarded for my patience.  But new money appears to be scared (and justifiably so) of the now-stagnant Mooncoin.

I want to have faith in this project.  Currently, I don't.

Can the 62B coins be put into an escrow or ‘locked account’ for an extended time while we wait for some final decision to be made? Seems reasonable vs having one person control the entire amount. People would likely feel more comfortable knowing they can’t be spent/sold without the concensus of a larger group. And, again, it would create a more transparent environment.

Just repeating ‘I’ve talked with my lawyers’ and expecting everyone to have happy thoughts isn’t going to happen. So let’s consider creating a trust to hold the coins until these lawyers can give some definitive direction.

in theorie yes, but the coins therefore have to be handed to the escrow

Since you have claim to however many billion, why don’t we start with burning those coins as they’re rightfully yours and that seems to be the direction you want to go? At least it’s a start.

Granted...

but other than, saying the talk is ongoing .... what could be said?

Im just saying, wait and see.  nothing can be done fast.

heck the lawyers might have to look up the various laws, and see if they relate.

Coins are classified in 3 different ways, the last I looked...
(kinda ridiculous, but i see why too...ugh)

Update regarding the stolen coins or has everyone just gone silent? With such a large majority in favor of a burn, including someone claiming to have owned a large majority of the coins, I’m not sure why we’re still in limbo here.
