It must be a good practice not to click any unknown URLs. Because there are lot of chances for trojan kind of malware to be injected into your computer or mobile.

Without proper knowledge in the mining Newbies get into scam sites and lossing the real cash hardly earned through day job.

+ keep clean up your computer which contain bitcoin wallet from a spyware (a virus which can steal your information include access to your bitcoin wallet)
+ don't be naive many newbies want to get bitcoin in fast way with zero competence.
+ don't click random link anywhere , it probably a malicious ware.

That is only true if you are a first world citizen and your minimum wage is actually decent.
For some other countries earnings from signature campaigns are actually very decent compared to standard wages.
So I wouldn't really call that a mistake.

Most common mistake of a newbie are ,putting investments in HYIP , gambling .many newbies loss their bitcoins when playing gambling, and third is like me ..doing such as wasting of time 1 month on that time..but you will not be a bitcoiner i think if we dont do claim on faucets ..

The most common mistake of a newbie is they think bitcoin is fast way to earn money/profit without real effort.
They tend to try faucet, giveaway, signature campaign, ponzi, HYIP, gambling, altcoin trading, trading, mining, cloud mining or access deepnet.
And usually they regret it later & some of them decided to forget bitcoin.

Also, for newbies who join signature campaign, please don't make spam/very short post.
I've seen some newbie or jr. member who've done those and most of them are banned.

Not really a mistake but I see lots of newbies (most likely scammers) begging or making up some bull shit about a charity case. So yeah don't do that

Also don't try & get a loan as a newbie, people will give you negative trust on your profile.

Never mess with faucets, cloud mining, online wallets. Never use markets to store your funds, only to trade/exchange.

Most common mistakes of newbie  is desire to borrow money. Most newbie users post in lending sections without a collateral.

Many newbies involve in gambling without proper knowing about the regulations followed in it. Only involving into the gambling discussion gives description on gambling.

yeah thats just a waste of time that will not allow you to make some decent money because faucet rewards are really small

my mistake was that i gambled all my money without even thinking and i lost wast amounts of bitcoins unfortunately

Well as I'm early known of bitcoin, I'm try to earn more and more eventhough it contains a risk of lossing ( investing into ponzi for example )
But know , I'm already learned that the past was the best teacher so I'm become a better and more wise to spend my bits more carefully

That kind of newbies think they really need a spoonfeed from the pros. That's why I'm making posts where I can redirect the newbies so I will not spoonfeed again and again.

yes....newbies are often make many mistakes in bitcoin service,market and in this forum too.
but they just have to make some good habit for never effort losses.these are following-

1)never be lasy-its bitcoin network so you just have to be strong and active if you have lot of bitcoin.it's price always down and up.
2)keep you wallet safe-i recommend you that if you are using mobile app wallet you must keep its backup in any safe wallet.so in cause of device format you could backup your wallet.so that i recommend you to make online wallet on blockchain.info
3)unroot your phone-if you are using mobile wallet and also your mobile is rooted you maybe in big trouble. because anyone can attack your mobile wallet if you are rooted.they can still your cookies and lot of information
4)escrow- always use escrow if you are dealing/trading any person to avoid cheating and Frauding.
5)faucets-i show huge amount of newbie started to play faucets for some small satoshi.they pay lot of time and get unexpected satoshi(i mean not worth).so just forget it.
6)Learn before trade-yes if you want to trade on market and many exchange service just see website how to trade how to be safe .which sites are good for this.
7)in bitcoin forum-if you are newbie here just stop to write wow,thanks,me too,any small answer then you will safe otherwise your post quality gone down and finally you banned forever.

Lol, i feel same with you. when i still newbie i always clicking every websites that can earn money, once i wrong clicked and turned into downloading something that i'm not notice.

most common mistake is getting greedy and trying to hold coins until the top.  sell on the way up people!

I think it's hard for people that are new at bitcoin to securely create bitcoin addresses and protect the private keys.  I think this may be the most important part of using bitcoin.

most commons mistake of newbie :
- they think bitcoin unsafe,so they worry about their account.
- they unpatient with bitcoin price,because very fluctuate.
- they too hurry to sell or trade their bitcoin when they have some profit.
- they to hurry to buy when price is going down.

Even though the answer is already posted we keep on asking people of "how does this works... how to do this... "
