Without making a clear study about the various instructions of posting and just giving one word responses seems to be a common mistake of newbies.

Im a beginner with electronic currencies and started using Yobit few days ago
I would like to know what types of common mistakes newbies make and what to avoid in early days

Regards
if you are talking about Yobit what we know as altcoin exchanger, perhaps the advice that I give just to stay not panic when prices fall too far and you need to minimize losses or better yet, if put back up at lower price

Most common mistake is clicking on every link they can find,
i believe i was fooled this way few times but thanks god my btcs were secured.

Also to add to this is the e-books that sometimes are posted on this site.  I would not touch them for anything.  There is always a reason someone does a ebook vs a post on forum.

Most I think are due to referrral's they use referrals in e-book, and don't have to include non-referral to like on forum.  Or the real nasty are hiding malware, but most I think are due to referrals.

But you should always be careful of links you click, or even more so what you download.

This place is great for learning and for earning money if you are smart. But if you believe to everyone sooner or later you'll be sorry. Some members are here only for conducting scams if possible. Alts are full !

1. Don't get yourself involved in Ponzi unless you know what you are doing, and you are aware that you will only play with what you can afford ( if you decide to play ponzies )
2. Faucets are only a place where you can learn the basic concept of bitcoins not for earning at all, in my opinion though
3. Don't get panic when you see the bitcoin price drops, just be chilled Grin it will rise again soon enough Grin

Do not mix things like this and different crypto with online money storage such as paypal, use a bitcoin wallet such as blockchain.info

Many newbies posting one line posts because they want their status to rise.
And when they realize they don't have much to say, they turns to spam..

Mostly newbies are ignorant of knowing what is right and what is wrong in this new system.

Generally they make mistakes by falling into get rich quick schemes which greed lures them in some way as well.

But remember that hard work will always pay off.

Here are the tips :

* Don't invest in Ponzi schemes that guarantee you interest on your bitcoins. ( from my experience  Undecided)
* Don't waste much time on faucets as they are not worth it. Instead spa\end some time on this forum and increase rank and earn from sig. campaign

I feel the major mistakes of newbies were making investment into some scam sites without getting guidance from others. Finally ends up in loss, which down the interest of newbies in bitcoin.

I think the biggest mistake is not learning enough about bitcoin before starting to buy some.
Be careful with unstable Altcoins, you can lose a lot of money with those, but if you keep an eye on the price and have a nice buying strategy you'll be fine.

My mistake when a noob was not understanding bitcoindays and priority. All that dust from faucets can't really be spent because the priority is low and you need to combine huge amounts of it, which means that the output has a large number of bytes and needs a large fee to send.

If you absolutely must collect dust from faucets, use an address from an exchange - then it's their problem how they handle the priority.

I'm hearing that we shouldn't use exchanges and if we do, we should only put a small amount on them because it's risky.

What kind of mistakes we talking about ?
Common mistakes on trading
Or common mistakes as newbie on this forum

I'm just gonna assume common mistakes on trading since you only mentioned yobit
Be careful of Altcoin prices, they are sometimes unstable and you need to be careful
And then see who's the developer of the coins, if it's some shady guy who never heard of then i suggest to not invest there
