Get Ready to Make money.
I don't think that's a good idea. They want fast profits, they will just lose money in Bitcoin at some point and nothing will change. Gambling should be treated, not just moved to other things.

No gambler wants to buy Bitcoin today and wait 5 years for it to double. Trading in general has little to do with gambling.

Not really. Trading, the more short-term and less informed it is, the more it resembles gambling.

At the core, it seems to be about replacing a high-risk activity (gambling) with another high-risk activity (cryptocurrency investment). Although, on the surface, both share similarities like the potential for big wins, they are inherently different in their operation and implications.

Bitcoin investment, unlike gambling, is not based purely on chance. It requires an understanding of economic principles, market trends, and risk management. While this knowledge can be acquired, the same personality traits that lead to compulsive gambling might exacerbate risky behaviors in cryptocurrency trading.

Yes, but as I have just said there are also people who trade with little knowledge.

The fact is that they have a certain resemblance and recommending bitcoin as a way out of gambling is not a solution. Buying bitcoin in the long term is not going to take the gambler's mind off gambling, and short-term trading is too similar and can lead to the same type of addictive behaviour and to losing money just as much or more.

Gamblers are generally not interested in investments like Bitcoin or stocks. They basically want to either win or lose instantly and move on. Hence why they go to the casino or buy scratch off tickets.

No gambler wants to buy Bitcoin today and wait 5 years for it to double. Trading in general has little to do with gambling. Most people that buy stocks do it for their retirement account because they get some benefits. Are they considered gamblers? Obviously not.

Take note also that there lot of gambling that use Bitcoin to gamble  Cheesy (I can relate) but some of these people we can't call gambling addicts.
There are people who only play as a hobby but if that person is very deep in that world I doubt they want to get out of it, as you yourself say they are "Addicted", It is encouraging to see that you care about those who are addicted to the game and seek effective ways help. It is true that investing in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin can present financial opportunities, but we must also consider the risks involved, such as: Affecting the mental and emotional well-being of the person and could even intensify their addiction.
I think… in my opinion that, Instead of encouraging gambling “addicts” to invest in bitcoins, the first step is to provide them with support and access to specialized treatment programs. You may be able to overcome your addiction and achieve a healthy balance in your life with the help of these types of programs. Clearly it is not an easy task, but perhaps as improvements are seen or that addiction is overcome, it would be the exact moment to apply that excellent idea that you bring Wink.

Nowadays many people in our country are addicted to gambling. I have seen many people losing their huge amount in most of the gambling games. If all those people can be informed about bitcoin, how to earn money in bitcoin? I think they would have invested in Bitcoin and they could have made money from it.Besides, if they can discuss about Bitcointalk in detail, then I think they will learn about Bitcointalk besides investing in Bitcoin. In this, the person addicted to gambling could stay away from gambling besides earning money.

One thing to remember, I'm not criticizing gambling. I'm just sharing my opinion. thank you
Gamblers and investors, traders are different types of people and you can not ask a gambler to be an investor. Some people will do both trading, investing and gambling but I implied about pure traders, pure investors and pure gamblers.

Gamblers are greedy and want to get rich quickly and see exponential growth curve of their asset with gambling. Asking them to wait months or years to get profit from investment sounds very stressful with them. Asking them to learn about trading, spend time in the market to get profit from trading is too much, they don't want to do so many things like such.

You can only advise those gamblers to reduce their gambling and aim at stop gambling entirely but it wont't be easy and they only can stop gambling if they are very serious and usually after they get rekted by gambling.

Gambling responsible is not easy to do for all gamblers.

To be honest, this good idea, if they bought Bitcoin to use it for gambling, they should just keep it and not touch or use it for gambling. It's kinda related to saving fiat currency and not touching it or use for gambling.
