I'm looking forward to the race, yes it probably looks like it's going to rain, but I don't think it's a tragedy, I'm curious if the other teams have got a bit closer to Ducati in the break.

By the way, next year Rins will switch to Yamaha and replace Morbidelli.

Few are surprised by the news of Alex Rins moving to factory Yamaha next season to replace Morbidelli. Because long before the break began, speculation about Alex Rins' move to Yamaha had gone viral, and this time what made me curious was where Morbidelli would end up next season. Apart from that, I'm also looking forward to MotoGP races again because it feels like it's been a very long time since I've seen MotoGP races this season, and I also hope that other manufacturers have made more capable improvements to approach the speed of Ducati in this week's British grand prix.

After the break, MotoGP will be back this weekend in Great Britain.

We will have a normal race without a sprit race and the weather will most likely be rain.

According to some recent rumors, in this summer break, Charles and Ferrari will talk about his contract.

He may renew his contract, currently expiring at the end of 2024, while Sainz will probably leave for AUDI.

I don't think that would be a good move for Charles to renew with Ferrari after so many failures from both him as a driver and his errors which honestly are quite a few compared to the horrendous errors that Ferrari has made against him in the pit or race strategies.I think he would be better thinking of joining Mercedes to have a chance when Hamilton leaves rather than settling with Ferrari,of course I can understand that when no other options are available then his only choice is to renew with them and hope for the better.

This video is very funny. The fact that the majority of current F1 drivers do not know the surname of the F1 race winners shows that even though they are good at racing, they are still normal people who sometimes forget the names of their predecessors. Even Norris skipping the "M" and not guessing McLaren was the funnest thing. And this is also the most stressful moment for Max in this season LOL.

Now there is a break of one month. But I must admit that I'm not sad about it at all. Because there is literally no competition for the championship. It is the same old thing with Hamilton's domination with W11 which has been the fastest car in F1 history. Until 2026 season I don't expect anything to change even a bit.

Because none of the other teams is able to close the gap with Red Bull even a little. Especially with Verstappen. They will need at least a car which is as fast as Red Bull's to have a chance to heat up the championship race. But only McLaren have made big progress which is still far behind Red Bull.

For me and i said it before , Perez car its not the same as Verstapen one, and this happen right before Perez start to trying to fight a little in the championship, after that suddenly Perez started to be a trash..... suspicious, and the other day, we all know Verstappen its much better driver than Perez but, 1 second per lap?Huh no sense.

Clearly its something behind doors.

I don't believe Perez's place in the team is still guaranteed for next season. Just because Horner announced his drivers for next season it doesn't mean that it will happen 100%. We have so many examples of it in this sport. In Formula 1 anyone can be replaced anytime. Therefore Perez had better keep this up for the rest of the season too.

Some people say that Alonso is the only driver who can bring a real rivalry to Verstappen with the same car. But I don't think he is the only one. I think drivers like Hamilton, Norris and Leclerc can also make us watch a much better rivalry between Red Bull drivers.

Perez is just not as competitive as in the past anymore. Maybe you will say he is just the driver with whom Red Bull would be contented. But they must also be disappointed with his struggles to stay behind Verstappen in many races.

Let's assume you are right. Then why when Perez is ahead usually he is gotten by Verstappen and when Verstappen is ahead Perez does not even try, that shows a huge difference between the drivers mentality and shows that Verstappen is hungry to win while Perez is on that mentality if I get this win great for me and if I don't who cares, the difference is clear and I am not talking about only the moment of overtaking, before that moment there were a 3.2 seconds distance which was closed without DRS or ERS in just two laps and that says a lot about the difference between the drivers of Redbull team.
I was just talking about the moment, of course if you look at the grand scheme, whenever someone passes Max and ahead of Max then he is just too angry about it and does the very best possible situation and tries to get the win without a doubt. However, what I said was just about the single moment when Max passed Perez.

Many people said "oh look at Max, his car is so much faster than Perez's car" and that's what I meant, with DRS and ERS, I am sure that even Albon could pass Perez like that, it is not really that tough. However, if you look at the whole season, Perez doesn2t even deserve his place, he has been terrible, sure got 2 wins but that was normal, look at Max and how he keeps winning, and look at Perez and how he just sucks.

What makes it an even more boring race than it was is the fact that Max passed his team mate Perez like he was driving a really slow car and not the fastest car on the grid.I am extremely surprised at how little resistance Perez put in to Verstappen while both of these guys are racing the same car,I know that it was the DRS enabled that made Max pass but it was also of the slow drive from Perez and also a slower, much slower pit stop from Redbull crew to Perez who made him not create a real distance to Verstappen. This happening shows that Perez is a completely mediocre driver and most likely he will be replaced when the time comes.

This also makes me a little surprised, how could Max pass Perez so easily without any problems. Even here it feels like Perez is letting Max get past him which is not very good. Okay they are team mates, but even so they are in the same race, and not just because they are team mates Perez allows Max to pass him very easily.
It also convinced me of how much Max was influencing Perez and the pressure he was getting from RBR to let Max through him. Poor Perez.

@retreat it’s clear that Perez is sacrificing for the team and I don’t consider him to be bad driver rather I consider him to be pretty good and had he been the lead driver of the team then things could have been different. Lastly I can’t fault him for following the instructions from the team management thus I feel that you’ll are being way too harsh with him when he’s just simply following instructions given to him.

Maybe thanks to DRS and ERS Verstappen didn't have any problem on overtaking Perez there. However I still don't think that they are driving the same car now. Yeah Verstappen is of course a more skilled driver than him. But this gap is still too much if we consider that they have the same car.

For example I read some news related to McLaren's upgrades some time ago. It said that Norris got the full upgrade and Piastri was going to wait for getting all of the upgrade a little more. Maybe the same thing happens for Red Bull as well.

This might be keeping Verstappen's car one step ahead all the time compared to Perez's car.

I think DRS and ERS makes that difference. A car could do lets say about 320 km per hour on a straight without any of them, and can do as high as 350 with both of them open. That difference makes anyone pass anyone. For example, if Max was driving ahead, with both DRS and ERS closed, and then Perez was coming from behind, with both DRS and ERS opened, then he would have nearly 20-30 km faster car as well.

You can't just look at it like "they both have the same car, why did Max passed him so easily", sure one of them will look like it's slower when it's the same car, because one of them is using those two features, and that makes the car go faster. This is why Max was able to pass Perez so easily and get the position. It's the fact that he didn't give it back that is great.

This is another unbelievable thing yeah. Perez is saying the same thing over and over again that him and Verstappen have the exact same cars. I was believing that in the first races of the season. But now I don't believe it even a bit. Because it is like the most recent upgrades Red Bull have brought for their car are like fully applied for Verstappen's car only.

Perez gave his best in the last race for sure. But he was able to do nothing against Verstappen. It was like Verstappen was lapping a slow car and Perez let him go under blue flags. I really don't have any other explanation to this. At least they could have had the same car for real and then we would have seen the difference between Verstappen and Perez more clearly.

Another race where there was no competition has been completed, it was won by Max Verstappen, with Perez finishing in second place with the same car
I had predicted Max as the leader after 4 laps, but he took it easy. As Hamilton said a few months ago, this is the most dominant car ever in Formula 1 history, and they will break all the records

I don't think there'll be another dominant car again like what Red Bull  has currently. Come 2024, a lot of things will change, so Red Bull better secure all the help he could and top every record that has been created if Max ever wants his legacy to be sealed in F1. Also, he's been planning to retire soon, so Max should go out with a bang.

I have not heard anything about Max retiring from F1 as that would be stupid from him right now,we have Nico Rosberg who retired as soon as he became World Champion in 2016 and that was a senseless move in my opinion.Max said to the team when he won his first title in 2021 in that team radio message,"let's do this for another ten years" so I highly doubt that Max will retire.Even if management at Redbull changes that would mean nothing for Max as he would be still racing with them,he is now in the best moment of his career and quitting now makes absolutely no sense.
Max retiring? Where did that come from? I think the most exciting moments of the race were the radio conversations between max and gp. Gp started to say "use your head" to max from the very beginning, at first I thought it was a prearranged and planned password, but as the race went on I laughed a lot when I realized that he was seriously saying "use your head, you idiot". Christian Horner gave an interview after the race saying that they were like two old married couples. If mercedes-mclaren become competitive, then we will see the full power of max. Don't pay attention to this year, there are some who can sometimes defend against max, but max doesn't push. He doesn't even make a move in the corners, he passes on the straight anyway. If there are close cars, he even puts his car in a space where 0.75 cars can fit.

Every race gets more boring than the previous one lately. I'm really fed up with Verstappen's high dominance. I had the same feelings in Hamilton's era also of course. I just don't like the domination of only one team and one driver in this sport. Therefore in the recent years there is only one season that I really liked a lot.

It is the 2021 season obviously. Because I just loved that high level rivalry between Hamilton and Verstappen. We were watching incredible races in that season. There were really sensational accidents between the two also. They even had the same points before the last race of the season.

I really have no idea about when we would have such rivalry for the title again.

Yes, this was a pretty boring race, especially when RBR easily took over from Lecrec and Hamilton, there was no significant resistance from them. The only thing that was exciting about this race was positions 6 to 12, where Norris gambled on his soft tires and maintained his position, and then Tsunoda who raced with Ocon, that was enough to make this race exciting.

I don't think Maw will ever retire until he is "old".
He can beat all the records since he is still super-young.

And he has a lot of experience already because he joined 7/8 years ago when he was 17...
