What do you guys think about the new F1 logo?
Tbh I think it looks really ugly and kinda reminds me of Sega's. Even the drivers (Hamilton and Vettel in particular) are questioning the change.
I just love how the 1 integrated into the F and I don't think Liberty Media should just replace this iconic logo with this PoS.

As mostly people, I also don't like new logo. Maybe old logo wasn't perfect due to not very well visible number "1".  But that logo was already legendary and it was easy to recognize it for everyone. Maybe it was enough just to renew this logo. But it's obvious that Liberty Media want to start new era without past from Bernie times.

The old Formula 1 logo was absolutely accurate, while the new recent one is just absurd. It has no meaning at all. If there is, just inform because the moment I first saw it, I'm confused about it.

Yes, I agree, this logo is really bad. They changed the logo to forget Ecclestone.
The old logo was very cool as well as being an icon.
This logo is very similar to that of the ESPN television broadcaster.

@LTU_btc. Me too. I did not care enough to stay at home and watch the race. But I am eager for the next season, especially on the future developments of McLaren and their new engine supplier, Renault.

I reckon Fernando Alonso is entitled to much more than what his team is presently giving him.

Second on race boring is quite the small word. But for McLaren next season is to be or not to be from my perspective on thing in that team. Hope they will be competitive team next season after all they were champions and they have so many champion on the team.

Until next season this is it.

Quite boring race to watch. Absolute dominance of Mercedes. And there is no big surprise that Bottas won today. I'm very sad for Ricciardo - last part of season was very bad for him. Similar unlucky period like Verstappen had in first part of the season.
Season ended and 4 months left until new season. Now it will be interesting to follow news of contract signings and preparations for the new season.

Final result Gp Abu Dhabi:

1 Bottas Mercedes      1:34:14:062
2 Hamilton Mercedes        +3:899
3 Vettel Ferrari                 +19:330
4 Raikkonen Ferrari         +45:386
5 Verstappen Red Bull     +46:269
6 Hulkenberk Renault  +1:25:713
7 Perez Force India      +1:32:062
8 Ocon Force India       +1:38:911
9 Alonso McLaren            + 1 lap
10 Massa Williams          + 1 lap

yes, it was a very tedious GP with no emotion and no overtaking.
the Mercedes has dominated this GP and seems unbeatable again.

Do you think that Robert Kubica will become F1 driver next season??

This would be the best comeback history, a perfect marketing tool for williams and marketing/promotion is a big part of Formula 1.

What do you think?

Final race of the season guys.  Let's hope it's a good one.  I'd like to see RBR's Daniel Ricciardo win this one.  He such a cool character off the grid, it's hard not to like him.

Friday 24 November
13:00 – 14:30: First free practice
17:00 – 18:30: Second free practice
19:00 : FIA press conference

Saturday 25 November
11:30 – 12:00: Team pit stop practice
14:00 – 15:00: Third free practice
17:00 – 18:00: Qualifying

I expect a fun race, everyone will try to win this race to close the season as best as possible.
Ferrari has never won in Abu Dhabi and Hamilton seems to be the big favorite, but Red Bull could surprise everyone.
If Red Bull wins this race will give a big signal for next season when I'm convinced it will be the protagonist

It is official: Robert Kubica Official Drive to Williams in Abu Dhabi test!
If these tests are positive, it's likely that next year Kubica will be Williams's official driver.

it's really amazing that after the bad accident Kubica can return to be a F1 driver

There will be 24 riders in Motogp in 2018 with 4 new riders:
Simeon (Ducati), Nagakami (Honda), Luthi (Honda) and Morbidelli (Honda) winner of the Moto2 championship.

There will be:

8 Ducati (Dovizioso, Lorenzo, Petrucci, Abraham,Bautista, Miller, Rabat, Simeon)
6 Honda (Marquez, Pedrosa, Crutchlow, Morbidelli, Luthi, Nakagami)
4 Yamaha (Rossi, Vinales, Zarco, Folger)
2 Suzuki (Iannone, Rins)
2 Aprilia (Redding, Aleix Espargaro)
2 KTM (Smith, Pol Espargaro)

With this seem like Ducati is aiming for the title next season or my first look on this is wrong.
Honda will again dominate Yamaha need to improve wet races driving and Ducati need to improve tire consumption

Congratulations to Marc Marquez who have just won his 4th MotoGP Championship Title, last race was so thrilling when Marquez was almost getting down but he took so risky action so he did not fall down. It could be a drama if he fell on that race, unlucky for Dovi he could not even finish the race. What an anti-climax season for Dovi. Next season might be more interesting imho, I would like to see more competitive riders like Vinales, Rossi, Pedrosa, Lorenzo.
No doubt Mark Marquez would be the wold champion this season because he is agressive he dare some risky move to make him a head among all in the race track. But also excited to see Valentino Rossi the veteran to come back to the number  one spot.

Congratulations to Marc Marquez who managed to become Moto GP world champion this season. I myself do not really like Marquez but I can not say out of fact, he's the best over the last few years, I'll admit. He's almost the same as the young Valentino Rossi. Young Rossi's spirit is now visible inside Marc.
yeah agree on you that Marc Marquez seems reincarnated young Valentino Rossi's time, and of course the racing machine he is using is also a big factor
Honda power is superb, but the big factor also affecting is his aggressiveness in the race and during trial because positioning also play important role in the start of the race.
