Congratulations to Marc Marquez who have just won his 4th MotoGP Championship Title, last race was so thrilling when Marquez was almost getting down but he took so risky action so he did not fall down. It could be a drama if he fell on that race, unlucky for Dovi he could not even finish the race. What an anti-climax season for Dovi. Next season might be more interesting imho, I would like to see more competitive riders like Vinales, Rossi, Pedrosa, Lorenzo.
No doubt Mark Marquez would be the wold champion this season because he is agressive he dare some risky move to make him a head among all in the race track. But also excited to see Valentino Rossi the veteran to come back to the number  one spot.

Congratulations to Marc Marquez who managed to become Moto GP world champion this season. I myself do not really like Marquez but I can not say out of fact, he's the best over the last few years, I'll admit. He's almost the same as the young Valentino Rossi. Young Rossi's spirit is now visible inside Marc.

@cryptojac17. Mercedes might also be ahead of them in chassis development. Look how dominant they are in the last 4 years. I reckon even if they are behind in aerodynamics and other engineering aspects, their engine advantage will still put them on top.

McClaren is a good example of a car with a good chassis but the engine's power is so low it cannot finish in the top 10 consistently.
Mercedes's dominance in engine design is hardly earned due to their long time experience in F1. But their advantage in engine superiority is just temporary, because its just a slight difference. They were not able to find the exact formula. But later on in the competition they can find a design that dominates the entire race track.

That's why Mclaren is switching to a Renault engine next year. If they keep the best chassis even for next year that will be a major boost and they will be fighting to win races and also to win the title. Renault engine is not the most powerful engine in the series but together with a good chassis the Renault engine can do wonders as we have seen in the RedBull/Renault partnership during these last years.

@cryptojac17. No, the Mercedes always had and will still have the engine advantage. Their dominance started when the sport decided to use the much criticized V6 turbo, and I reckon it will not change until 2021 once the new engine rules are out.
Yeah agree on you that when they started using v6 turbo with the team up with petronas they were able to made it on the top  they were able to find the exact engineering design. But the compition still on for sure Ferrari engineering team will come out with exact design to  compete Mercedez superb engine.

Again I disagree with you. The engine change to the V6 turbocharger engines was implemented 4 years ago, I reckon. But until today, Ferrari and Renault have not created an engine that is as powerful as the Mercedes engine.

Mercedes is ahead of them in engine development and research. Ferrari can copy their design, but Mercedes will create a better engine for 2018.
Okey taking for granted Mercedes is capitalizing on engine power but there also lot factor involved like transmission, the aero dynamic design, and the team working in the pit stop and specially the driver discipline is very crucial in the race and also the decision making of the engineering team.

Congratulations to Lewis Hamilton, who won F1 champion tittle 4th in his career.
In general, everything today was decided in 1st lap, when there was accident between Seb and Lewis. Both had to make pit stops due to damage after that and Vettel wasn't able to regain lost positions. Hamilton performance wasn't amazing today, but it was enough for him to win a championship.
And after great start, Max Verstappen didn't had any problems and won race easily. I can't remember when race winner got so little attention after race Cheesy Because champion Lewis was in light of cameras.

Yes, Congratulations to Lewis Hamilton he is a great champion.
the last part of the season, Vettel and Ferrari was disastrous otherwise we could have seen the fight until the last race.
Next year the rules will remain the same and I am convinced that we will see a fight between 3 teams: Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull, which has proved to be at the same level as the first 2.
I think Ferrari will be on top in 2018 with the team up of Vettel and Raikonnen because of the their good team work environment hopefully Ferrari engineering team will give extra effort to make their racing machine more agile, because of their driver Vettel is still the best.If Red Bull powered with Renault able to make Vettel on the height of his career then why Ferrari cannot?

Surprise, best time for Iannone (suzuki), but Marquez has the best rhythm race.
If Marquez does not fall into the race, he will surely win the World Championship.

@siti25. I reckon we should move on and start considering the possibilities for 2018. McClaren for instance will start using Renault engines next year. They also gave an assertion that they have the best chassis on the grid but their car was affected very badly by the underpowered Honda engines.

Will Renault then be the answer to their misery? Will Fernando Alonso stay for another year? Predict and speculate.

Standings Drivers after 18 of 20 races:

1.Hamilton        333     gap

2.Vettel              277     -56
3.Bottas             262     -71

4.Ricciardo         192   -141
5.Raikkonen       178   -155

9.Sainz                  54    -279
10.Stroll                40    -293

With Lewis Hamilton already world champion mathematically, only the positions of consolation remain:
Vettel and Bottas are struggling for second place.
Ricciardo and Raikkonen are struggling for fourth place.
Great season for Esteban Ocon perhaps the best rider among outsiders this year.
I think he will be able to go to a top team in the future

hamilton and sebastian vettel can potential same or above schumacher record
can get 7 world championship in F1
i hope next season redbull and ferari can incraese performance and then can compete with mercedes

Well, For the next race, Formula 1 is no longer interesting to me. When the champion was found then the magnet to pull me to watch was gone. But whatever it is, the seizure of the two positions must be done with Serious by Vettel and Bottas. The second champion is more prestigious and as a racer they should want to be in the forefront.

Last year in this race if you check official f1 in Instagram will see how Max Verstappen did a wonderful move to keep the car on track on a heavy rain after the car started to spin at full speed. I wish we can see another race like the one of 2016 with heavy rain on track to give us some adrenaline as the championship is already over with Lewis Hamilton winning his 4th title.

Life, Love and Laughter...
Final two races to go folks.  I wish the latter part of the season went better than what it showed us.  Ferrari had an excellent start, but due to technical difficulties, driver (singular, you know who) error and bad judgement, they just couldn't stay close with Merc.

Let's see what they can do next year.
