All if you are talking senselessly. This dude just got scammed of a whopping 13btc and all you guys start saying is a malware inbhis device. Did you read where he said the he didnt even see his balance? , atleast if he saw his balance before it disappeared I will go with the malware claim. In this case he didn't even see his balance.
You are all giving stnna reasons to do bigger scams. Next, someone will deposit 100btc , it will disappear andbu guys will come saying same thing that its a malware and players fault. Let's face real facts, this dude got scammed.

The chance of me being infected on my iOS device one week after a factory reset is almost nil.
I have never installed a third party app, never gone on any untrustable websites (Only gone on bitcointalk, google, hf, "primedice")

Still you say that primedice hacked you, but you only say that your password and username was unique this is not a valid proof that you got scammed by them.

Try to download norton antivirus for ios it's free for 30 days and do a scan of your devices!

Can you tell me what is the Software version on the iphone or ipad ?
And is it jailbroken?

iOS 9.2 on both. Jailbreak is not possible. They were both factory reset a week ago.

@GonerGenesis
Nope. Super secure password, and Primedice has brute force prevention by locking you out after a few incorrect tries.

Your story is not consistent. Opening yet another Thread won't change that.

Please explain how it is not consistent? Other than one post saying I used an iPhone and one saying I used an iPad. I used both, and I can take a photo of both with Bticointalk in the backgorund if you want.

I am very sorry you lost that much money, and sorry before i did not believe you that you lost this ammount
But let's face it you said yourself 13 bitcoins is 1 year of income for you right?
So why in the world you deposit a such ammount on primedice only because people said you should show them you really have this much money?
If i where you i would just tell them to fuck off if they not belive you it's up to them or not!
Now the problem is still you vs primedice, you say primedice scammed you, and primedice say that it's your fault.
It's you vs primedice.
If you have solid evidence that they scammed you, you should go to the police or your laywer to open a lawsuit against them.
But again it was stupid to move a such big ammount on primedice only to proof yourself, you could simply signed a message to show you have that much

Again sorry for this man it's a big pack of money

I'm seriously hoping it doesn't have to come to that. It will take a lot of money and effort to sue a company like Primedice over 13.00 BTC. Solid evidence would be the logs and a bit more I guess

What is my PrimeDice username? Robert84. I've messaged MICRO, Edward and Stunna. Stunna and Edward didn't bother replying to me which is fucking disrespectful considering I lost 13.00 BTC to their website. MICRO replied with the shitty generic staff member replies claiming he can't refund me because of his bullshit excuses and how it was "my fault". Well guess what... It wasn't my fault at all.

Let's start with what happened.
I deposited 13.00 BTC into my primedice account after depositing many times throughout the day (6 BTC) with no problems. I never had problems before so I was not suspecting anything to happen. I was wrong! I deposited 13.00 BTC. Here is the TXID:
https://btc.blockr.io/tx/info/b30f1617b63e745d35ac9feaa2ac628fb0c1c6a7bb902a634900710c705d17b9
https://www.blockchain.info/txid/b30f1617b63e745d35ac9feaa2ac628fb0c1c6a7bb902a634900710c705d17b9

Now what happened is a lot of waiting. I waited for one confirmation, and I instantly refreshed my balance multiple times. I commented in the chat asking why my deposit didn't come, and some useres said to wait for two confirmations. Okay, no problem I thought. I waited until 6 confirmations (constantly checking for a balance and checking the withdrawal logs, nothing there. I even said in the chat "there is nothing in the logs" multiple times which is REALLY strange). At 6 confirmations when I got nothing, I contacted the  support. This was my exact message.

"I deposited 13 BTC. Username: Robert84
It has 6 confirmations.

Not showing in balance! No script, no tips, no withdraw, no bets.

https://blockchain.info/tx/b30f1617b63e745d35ac9feaa2ac628fb0c1c6a7bb902a634900710c705d17b9

https://blockchain.info/address/18PxmuaNemPRoMRJ8JYZoJGz1QjoV5tMfL"

TXID + my deposit address ^

A few minutes after that, I get this reply from support.

"Hey,

That got credited and cashed out from your account. Check your transaction logs.

Regards,
Mladen"

Now this is where I was pissed off. After a few back and worth angry messages from me, I decided to post on bitcointalk which is where I get accused of being compromised on my side which is absolute bullshit. I will explain why at the end. Here is what MICRO said to me in one of his posts;

"Well, you had to look away to send me a ticket and you noticed it when i told you to check tx logs.
Your deposit was credited at:   2016-05-28 16:33:35 and first cashout was made at 16:35:34 - 28/05/16 for 12.95 btc , second one was at    16:38:00 - 28/05/16 , both from different IP. "

According to him, I had to look away and send him a ticket. If you check the chat logs, you will see that I was in the chat and did not send a support ticket message until much later than that. So why is it that I did not get to see the balance when I was constantly refreshing right after it confirmed for the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth time? And there was nothing in the logs AT ALL related to that withdrawal. Again, chat logs can prove that I was sending angry messages to the chat regarding my withdrawal.

Here is the part that I don't get.
"Your deposit was credited at:   2016-05-28 16:33:35 and first cashout was made at 16:35:34 - 28/05/16 for 12.95 btc , second one was at    16:38:00 - 28/05/16 , both from different IP"

My deposit was credited at 16:33:35, and the first cashout was made at 16:38:00. So in that 4 minutes and 25 seconds, how the hell is it possible that I did not get a single cent in my bitcoin balance? I saw 0.00000[some small amount] in my balance for the whole time from then until now.
Again, how is it possible that in 4 minutes between the first balance credit and the first withdrawal that I did not get to see anything in my balance while I was constantly updating it?.

Here is the WITHDRAWAL TXID, ADDRESS and THE FUND TRANSACTIONS FROM RIGHT NOW.
https://blockchain.info/tx/26866a99ea1be7e070a034bbde13ab126b79085c505514d4979c0849ac645833 - 12.95 BTC withdrawal
That 12.95 BTC was sent to https://blockchain.info/address/1MSvTAsA4BThfLEDFvPinegnBn3DTnzLfE who split it up into two transactions.
0.9: https://blockchain.info/address/1Hm7pouzFRjh61brAf5pVm5tZKa2a4y4yQ
12.1 something: https://blockchain.info/address/1GVyZhBdnLzsMRAci7DeR8hmydosXvDjah

If you go through that you will see very ODD transactions.
The majority of the funds are currently sitting at https://blockchain.info/address/1LYx2Dty19P6ktw9sgJBA9BJnncAYWxrgf

Now, here is the reason I find it hard to believe that the site accuses me of being compromised.

USERNAME/PASSWORD/DB_LEAK: The username and password I used on Primediec was 100% unique, and has never been used on any other website before so this is out of the question.

SCRIPTS/MALWARE/BOTS: I'm always using an iPhone/iPad, and no one can install malware on an iOS device (if they could they wouldn't waste time with 13 btc)

BRUTE FORCE: After a few accounts the account gets locked out.

The only possible option I can think of is a fault from Primedice.
1: Didn't update my balance which led to the money disappearing.
2: I know for a fact I was not "compromised".

14 BTC is one year worth of money to me so I will not let this go, becasue I am sure that it is a small amount to primedice that they can make back within less than a day or two.

Thanks for reading. Any questions, I'll be able to answer. This will be posted on multiple bitcoin websites within a few hours if no staff member replies.
