You can blame the campaign manager if he or she did not do his or her responsibilities, like counting stakes diligently or having a fair judgment to all of the hunters that joined his campaign. The worst case scenario is if the manager is the one responsible for paying the hunters then ran away with all of the allocated bounty. You can blame the campaign manager if one of these situations occur. If the campaign personnel did not comply with the payment of bounty, then you can pretty much blame the people behind the campaign.

The roadmap shows a bit of our history and our way forward. TVzavr is an existing company with existing solutions and projects. TVzavr has just announced the ICO very recently, to drive the roadmap for our blockchain-enabled platform and solutions.
