sepa on 2013/04/10, not arrived

Poland, where mtgox have their bank that operate in euro area,

is NOT a country inside the SEPA agreement...

so, at this point... someone know the difference between a normal bank wire transfer from poland or a sepa from poland?

I think you should apologise for badmouthing them

Bollocks. SEPA either goes through or doesn't. The limit and the size of the queue are known to them. So being professional on their hand would have meant e.g. giving some ETA.

Me 11 days and waiting. I have bills to pay from that bank account. This delay is costing me money. If I knew it would have taken so long, I would have gone for international transfer, which for the amount I'm moving also works out cheaper than SEPA.

When you get ready to sell you should sell off through me. I buy and sell btc and ltc for paypal funds. No more waiting weeks for bank transfers.

Hey everybody. My withdrawal from MtGox in Euros via SEPA is heavily delayed. It has been "confirmed" (e.g. cued for execution) for 14 days now. I complained and demanded a cancellation to rebuy bitcoins and sell them on Bitstamp or alike. They refused that and told me to wait "just a little longer" as the transfer is "in the middle of being processed" by their bank (which I find a completely inadequate and unprofessional - if not childish - description of whatever is happening to the transaction right now). I consider this as unacceptable. I wanted to share this experience with other users here so they are warned when considering using MtGox to sell their BTC for Euro. If you had comparable experience please share.
Money arrived on 19th April. Delay ~ 16 days.

I think you should apologise for badmouthing them. They have returned my bitcoin whenever I asked to cancel a transfer for delays. Obviously they were telling you the truth that your withdrawal was being processed. They don't control the bank and as you can see from all the other problems exchanges are facing- it's not just MtGox.
I won't apologize for anything, because I never badmouthed anyone. I just protocolled the process. Which was in the end unacceptably slow.

International wire goes on same day or next day for me.  Speed and security are worth the 2000jpy fee IMHO.

Hope you guys get it resolved..  Im a bitfloor refuge looking for new exchange and tho i dont use SEPA its worrisome nonetheless.

Good luck and post your results here please so all the onlookers can see. Hopefully mtgox fixes the issues. Sounds bank related. Eur banks in particular if its just SEPA.

FYI: Since of this morning my withdrawal is "processed".

Withdrawal ordered on 5th April, executed on 19th April.

Is this for SEPA? or US BANK?

SEPA. I am the thread starter. This update is concerning the withdrawal from the first post on top.

Or heck- it's always likely that the same people who are DDOSing Gox might be falsely calling in complaints.

No.

6 days and waiting. Although someone else claims he just got his transfer in 48 hours.

Local p2p is looking better every day, though Gox never looked very good.

6 days EUR to SEPA still waiting.

I kinda have a gut feeling that the Polish bank account has been frozen for 7 days and they don't want to say it.
Just my speculation, no fact.

Hope it's 7 days and not 3 months like Bitcoin-24. I was counting on that money.

In the past Gox has hit transfer limits imposed on them by their bank. Others have run into it in the past. Gox moves a lot of money and considering the massive amount of Fiat Flight and Fiat Entrace of the past week or so it's no surprise that their bank may be slowing them down. Indeed they might be running up against the limits of their business incorporation rights. IE: potentially their are dealing with so much money that the government might require them to be a different type of corporate structure then they are. Or heck- it's always likely that the same people who are DDOSing Gox might be falsely calling in complaints.
