It is very difficult to determine when the next Bullrun will occur in the market, but selling during this bearish season is a very big mistake because actually everyone can still be patient waiting for the next Bullrun season although it is still difficult to know when. I also continue to hold on to some of the assets I have now because it would be too sad to let them go now. So there is no need to panic about the current market conditions and keep the spirit in holding existing assets.
Selling in this bear market isn't the solution. Holding is the right way, we will have the chance to sell in the next bullrun. I don't think it is very hard to determine when the bullrun is. If we analyze the 4 years cycle of bearish-bullrun, the next bullrun happens in 2025, after the next BTC halving. We already have some bullruns, the previous bullruns have the same schemes. So, just continue to hold our assets because this sad bearish will end soon in 2024-2025.

The market is still red, I'm sure if you sell now you will lose, I also experienced the same thing, namely buying when the market is rising so if you sell it you will lose, it's better to hold and add assets because I'm sure the market will rise again soon.
My advice is you should wait first and be patient waiting for the market music to become a bullrun and if you want to sell the assets you have it will be the right time, who is too panicked with the current market situation, wait and save your assets for a while.
