That is for sure because the adoption is still growing, not only for the main coin bitcoin but also for other coins because people that joins crypto are also testing out each coins if which they think is best for certain purpose and they will eventually find xrp.

About the lawsuits thing, I don't think it was only a hoax but xrp is really involved on some issues before but they are slowly sorting this out and I don't think they won't stop until they finally clear their name. They need to do it because many people are rooting so much for this coin. For the op, well good luck to that investment of yours. Let us hope that you can be able to recover your capital and earn something in the future.

I think the XRP case is just for show and the case will resolve when it is time for XRP to be used as the standard for international remittance. It's that reason that I am selling all of my BTC for XRP. I am just waiting for the most opportune time. I am also selling my ETH for CNDL, because it is technically superior and has a lot more room for growth. All of the things that ETH2.0 is promising is being delivered by Candle Chain right now.
