Yeah, unfortunately prices go up and down. On the bright side, if prices have gone down quite a bit, it also means that they can recover substantially to return to their previous price. ICP is now about 5 usd and peaked at about 500 usd. 0xMR is at .06 usd and peaked at about 2 usd. Either of these would be good bets if you think they will return to their ATH.

I'm not familiar with 0xMR, but in regards to ICP, I believe it to be the biggest crypto scam of all time. The price has been reduced from $500 to $5.
This used to be a very promising project and what ICP is doing now is so poor and forgettable that it bears no comparison. I have a feeling ICP is the next EOS version.
Bitcoin is below $20k again today, and the two coins you mentioned are likely to fall further due to this drop.

Loss is already part of our investing journey but as long as you bought potential coins, even the bearish market won't bother you. If we already know how to deal with every market situation, we won't lose continuously but rather take a profit every market recovery. Panic could only make us create wrong decisions due to fear but if we trust our choice of coins, we should feel confident in it.

These all are very Down from ATH and it seems no value if trend not come again. I think ripple is good investment for long term. There’s a lot of utility and liquidity coming to the XRPL with Flare, xls20d, cross chain liquidity, CBDC development and more.. lots of devs coming to XRPL over the next year. It’s not all about Ripple any longer

While it is not really a good idea to sell in drowning market but sometimes we need to decide because of more opportunity to buy when the market continues to dumping.
there have been many chances that when the market bearish ? it continues and longer to buy more.
