As far as it concern me, I see that this forum has rules to abide, well most likely every forum should have rules and regulations and this is not a problem to me. I have also the intention to join any promotional activities that could let me earn. For now, I do not want to get involve. How could I promote something that I do not even know what is it all about?
First, welcome to the forum and I suggest you to read all the important rules not to abide here in the forum. Most likely newbie members will get nuked because of the bannable offense just like posting plagiarized content is strictly not allowed and the last rule on this Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ.

As a newbie, spend more time reading and searching more about in forum and lastly about crypto stuff. Probably this link of compilation thread that has a good information content might help you in a quick research of good thread that newbie must know before start posting here. Heads up on this thread, [GUIDES] on Bitcointalk. Index thread (until there is a dedicated subforum?).

See you around, I hope someday I will see your progress. Good luck!

Still, it's up to you where you become comfortable many members right here are most commonly active on their locals because it's easier to communicate with them.

Also, some of them are lurking around with the common section of bitcoin discussion, economics, beginners, and help just to find some information depends on their needs. Also while you are exploring around the forum you are now slowly building up all the things you need and you can contribute to our forum.

I'm looking forward to your contents good luck.

I thank you all for the reponse. It is clear to me that in the first page of the post provided in the reply are all about guides in the forum. It definitely worth to read so as to avoid getting technical issue with other users here.

My only perception is that respect should be above all.  I have high respect to all users here especially the high rank users. The forum has hierarchy system of ranks and ranks of course determine your worth as a user correct me if I am wrong.

Ranking up also will be basing on reward or earning of merits. This is what determine the users capability in doing well in the forum. Congratulations for those who made it. I hope so that I could achieve something here in the forum. Good Luck to me!

I had not been able to register successfully at the first few attempt for it ask me a payment before I can make my post. I was able to make a few email adress after some failed attempts I made in the registration process. I look for information why the forum ask me to pay but did not get the information
Did you try to register using Tor browser or when your VPN was on?
It's a common problem when one tries to create an account from a banned IP address especially for Tor browser users. This is because the banned IP where in the past used to abuse the forum so in order to avoid further abuses from the IP address, one is asked to pay "evil fees"

If you search "IP bans" "Proxy bans" "Evil fees" on Meta Board. You will be able to see so many topics created about the issue.

Nonetheless, welcome to the forum.

The sections/areas I visited,
...
Bitcoin discussion/Altcoin discussion - full of topics and replies being made and I can't figure for now what the users are talking about.
...
Mining/Technical discussion/Project and etc.- I have no idea on these sections but pretty much sure I will be checking it in the future.
The sections about are the main reason the bitcointalk forum was created. Make sure after some months or years in this forum. You have made full use of those boards. There is always knowledge to share and attain from there about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

Your very much the type of newbie the forum needs to groom as it's next generation. Your approach to familiarizing yourself with the forum though, it's still a work in progress is quite assuring for success but, don't get too excited and break even as much as one rule. Once a fault is detected, the out come as per remedy for the crime against the forum would be so undesirable.
I'll implore you to better still take your time and go though not just the articles of interest but also the replies that comes with them. Especially the replies from advanced users (you'll be able to tell when you see them) of the forum. Also, take a particular interest in studying the way they post and make comments on topics and your edge in the forum is sure.
Never the less, abide by forum rules at all times.

How could I promote something that I do not even know what is it all about?

Completely up to you how you're going to approach this. You could only promote things that you're personally an advocate of, or you could promote campaigns solely for the money.

To answer your question though, you simply don't go in immediately. Take a day or two(or a few hours, completely up to you) to research on the company/service/platform you're interested in promoting, and decide for yourself if it's actually worth promoting or not.

Instead of writing my welcome message, I invite you to read the thread of admin Writing a welcome message

A small contribution for your topic tilte. Capitalize all words are not good. You can compare yours with mine.

In addition, I see you mentioned many boards and it reflects your willing to read and learn (but not yet confirmed). In each board or sub-board, you will see pinned thread(s) and you should read it when you have time.

A friend told me about this forum and this is why it got me here. I had not been able to register successfully at the first few attempt for it ask me a payment before I can make my post. I was able to make a few email adress after some failed attempts I made in the registration process. I look for information why the forum ask me to pay but did not get the information instead I was only browsing on topics that interest me.

The sections/areas I visited,

Local - I am glad after seeing that we have our own section in the forum which I could use my native language.
Marketplace - I do not really know the posts in the section. What a big question in my head visiting some of its part.
Meta section - I have read the section description and says that the section is all about the bitcoin forum. (This forum probably)
Beginners & Help - It talks about scam, and some guide I found which is very useful in the future.
Bitcoin discussion/Altcoin discussion - full of topics and replies being made and I can't figure for now what the users are talking about.
Economy/off topic - Well a good start for me to participate in that area because I can make some inputs regarding to economy discussion especially here in our country.
Politics and society - another good section for me to participate but I am afraid I do not like to get involve in political issue. I do not want to say against any government system that could destroy their reputation.
Mining/Technical discussion/Project and etc.- I have no idea on these sections but pretty much sure I will be checking it in the future.

As far as it concern me, I see that this forum has rules to abide, well most likely every forum should have rules and regulations and this is not a problem to me. I have also the intention to join any promotional activities that could let me earn. For now, I do not want to get involve. How could I promote something that I do not even know what is it all about?

For now I am taking a picture how I would be able to get all things done here smoothly. A special thanks to a friend who share this to me. It seems that I am not late in joining cryptocurrency because some of my friends does not really know what cryptocurrency/bitcoin is all about. I am confident and have the positive vibe that I can get along in here. I am glad to be part of this forum.
